Hi, Pilot we are back for monthly update again! New update and work in progress screenshots showing to you!

After the campaign funded at the earlier of October, we are in In demand on Indiegogo and still received your pre-order and contribution. We are on 13.4k$  right now and need a little bit to get a 15k $ for unlocking a "Transformable Mech" add to the game. Also, We sent 70% of Alpha Access steam keys to Alpha/Beta backers. We hope everyone who've got the key will enjoy that version and keep following the next update will coming shortly. Let's check our new WIP report below, pilots!

"Tactical View" and "Combat View" features.





The Screenshots you seeing above are a "Tactical View feature", the feature will allow the player to see units on traditional turn base
view. On the latest version, a player can do only a switch to next unit on "Combat View" by fixed input. For a new feature, the player will start a unit with Tactical View before. Player freely to switch all unit and place the order, Check a performance of units, and see some information of enemy units. The WIP Images will show some sub-menu DDE Link, Map, and Dual Drive Gauge, we will update the details about them soon.

HUD and UI improving!



We changed some position of sub-UI and added a pilot image. So the image still a WIP, Something may be change when the update is ready.

New Back Pack Screenshots







You may not know. Dual Gear can attach backpack parts, but on the latest build, we have only one backpack able to use.

Not only increase the GP( Generator Power, Energy). Each backpack will have different additional abilities included!
Example, Radar type backpack will increase a maximum range of the weapon, Fully thrusters backpack will allow the player
to moving by boost input, and also, we have Repair backpack! New parts and new features are coming! Stay tuned, our Alpha/Beta Pilots!

Monthly Update! New SMG& Shotgun screen shots!



Hi pilots, We're back for news update!

Thank for all feedback from you all. A most of many suggestions are on the way. We hope to bring a next build for you all witin this new year!

With incoming features, Speed and more tactical element are our target.

Since pre-alpha demo to latest closed alpha, we only deploy a mecha gameplay with "Combat Mode" That is a Third Person View you have been playing. That is the one part of gameplay element. We still keeping another initial feature call "Tactical Mode" gameplay. That feature will allow the player to see the alternate view from actual gameplay (Picturing to standard turn based view) and will let player ti see more attributes of any units and team. Also, Switch unit, Map Skills, and End unit roll order will relate to this feature!There will bring the game to a Turn Based game should be!

So the speed and rhythm of gameplay are important works for us. We received much feedback about that. We sure, for next build you will see something different. We need to bring more fun to you all. After this update, we will release "how changing" little by little. Don't forget to follow us and find out more details will be updated on our website soon. We hope you're like them, pilot!

There are the some of the new weapons will coming for the next closed alpha patch. You will see little variations of their weapons and double barrels shotgun. We want to bring a more powerful weapon to the next patch. Yes if you have more power you need to deal with stronger enemies! Next patch pilot you will become a real Ace!

Our 2nd campaign ended! And In Demand mode start!

Welcome, a new 249 pilot to our Mecha squadron! We must thank for you all to bring the latest campaign gots over 200% of the fund and let us to unlocked Mod Support! With IndieGoGo system allow us to open In demand campaign after we finished 100% fund. You always choose all perks to back DUAL GEAR all the time. Also, Transformation DG stretch goal still on the way!

So we still have a lot of work to do. For Alpha/Beta backers, we need a little bit of time around 2-3 hours to compile our supporter
list to send a confirmation emails. After you completely fill up our confirmation email, we will send a Close Alpha access steam key within 24 hours after you send back a confirmation!

About Close Alpha access version for the backer.

Hi, Our Alpha Pilots! We updated a few things into latest build!

Patch Update 0.86.09
- More Dynamic Behavior on Basic Enemies AI. All enemy unit will not only cast a stationary attack. Now they can move to change a position and change a target during their turn.
- We add Two Instant DG mech to your Hangar! KUSANAGI Type and Vladimir Type! Let's checking your garage after updating! Please
switch to next and next unit! You will found a non-pilot Dual Gear, and you can add pilots into them!

First Goal Finished! & Close-Alpha Patch 0.86.06 updated!




Thank so much for your loves and supports. We passed the first goal! If we merg this campaign to our first, it mean we're reached to 35K right now! Yes, at the first we need for 60K but it's alright! We did well for 50% at first, we must go on! So the 2nd campaign will help us a lot to do all development! Ok pilots, next stretch goal is 10K to unlock "Mod Support". Bring us to make it happen!

Close-Alpha Patch 0.86.06 updated! The time for Keyboard mapping!

We recieved a lot of feefback about Keyboard support and need to adjust something wrong about Keyboard Inputs. We updated and changed some buttons move to the left hand side on keyboard. Pls check them what're updated and fixed below!

What's new 0.86.06!

-New Graphic Setting Menu at the starting screen. Player can check and apply to show Keyboard and Joystick mapping( Pls Enter or push A to apply before)

-New UI assets for Joystick button base on Xbox One. Also Keyboard buttons has been integrated!

-Basic Direction pad for PC( A,W,S,D) added! Player can use them in Hangar mode, Splash menu.

-Changed and added some Keyboard Inputs.

-Shotgun Improved more realistic, Not good for long range but benefits for short range.

-Fixed Rank result always F. Let's go to get S ranks pilot!

We try to did the game better for PC users! About Keyboard mapping we do not integrate a voice over for keyboard guide right now. There will become later. Thank for everone who's gave us a feedback. We still working for that! Stay tuned for the next update!

Close-Alpha Patch 0.86.02 updated!



We stiil continuous improving the game on this phase! We already update a new second patch at few days ago. Let see what are improved!

-Switch a unit or turn change problem during using Vertical Missile Fixed!
- Action point and GP consumption fixed! All energy and Action point are follow with detail showing on Pilot Skill menu.
-Shotgun aiming problem fixed. Player can manipulate to aiming all angle right now.
-Compact player status UI on the left side of screen added for a Tank and Drone enemies when their turn start!
-Vertical missile skill from the enemy made a game freezes when enemy using it on MESSA mission has been fixed!
-Sholder weapons positions has been fixed for Vladimir type arm part! You can see a right position of any weapon you're attach on this arms.
-Tank turret reset a rotation when they do the attack on their turn fixed!
-Improved a balance of enemies stat. The will be more easy for the beginner!

Alright! this is our second patch we're improving the game( 1st patch's on the past Saturday) We still have some issues we need to do and also, any Alpha backer asking for. Let see!

-Level and Exp system still lock for this phase. Yeah, not for now but there are coming soon!
-Dual Point for unlock new skill can't obtain. You will see all are zero show when you're killed any enemies. This feature also coming soon.
-Keyboard mapping is on the way!
-SMG bullet slight out when the unit get closer. We're checking about this!

More thing! we just update a new look of our DUAL GEAR website! Also, Feedback forum now open. If you need to tell us about problems,ideas or questions. Feel free to leave your opinion on our forum. Your comment will help us for dual gear :D

What's new in Alpha Access!

From Few days ago. We strated the first build of Alpha Access and sent them for Alpha/Backer about 50% of all backers. If you are our backer from the first campaign and do not recieve our confirmation email. Pls check your junk and double check your inbox again. If you can't find any email from us. Please send your indiegogo name and email to tihs email pongpat@dualgeargame.com We'll check your account and take a respond as soon as possible!



New Features for Close-Alpha Ver 0.86

-Item Manager and Decoder items added.
-Customization Mode added.
-Pre-Skill System added.
-Dual Point able to upgrade a pilot skills but do not recieve from any enemy killed (We'll update patch soon)
-Algorithm changed for damage system.
-New Parts added
-Skirmish mode added. Player can collect new part from thsi mode.
-Player can see a status of pilot and little upgrade able with them. So.. Exp system still not open right now.

This build still so far from final development and may have some issues appear and do not fix. You can help us with your comment if you can. Feel free to critic us and we'll send new patch to fix its as soon as possible :D

Development Update!!

Development Friday!!

Hey, Everyone! Very long time no update here! Now! We have a small updated on the upcoming Build Version exclusively for the backers. The leader of your Dual Gear squad will show up on the start screen now (along with all of the customization). We are now working hard on new Missions and new enemies, stay tune guys!





Slash Weapons Update!!

Some screenshots about new models of slash weapon! These Unique weapons will be different from the sword that was in the pre-alpha. The Long Blade have good range and agile weapon. Despite its short range, the Explosive spike is an excellent explosive melee weapon. The High-frequency Sword is an extremely powerful weapon. It has Huge damage potential at the cost of high energy consumption. All three weapons will be in the Close Alpha build of Dual Gear!






After long time no update. We would like to apologies to everyone as unfortunately we are unable to release the Close Alpha( for backers) in time this month. We will inform you in the near future on when it will be available soon.
The Key for the Close-Alpha will be sent to the Backers soon (STEAM ALPHA/BETA PILOT and THE VETERAN(and above). The first build will finally have the Mech customization available to the player for the first time! After that, there will be regular update with new asset and more.
