Fixed music sometimes stopping (I think)
Player can no longer walk offscreen on the right-hand side of the screen

Winter Is Here! (Build 0.4.5.0)
Here it at long last... the winter update! You'll find yourself sliding around on ice and facing your foes in an all new environment. The winter update introduces the chilling new snow section of the game. You'll meet Phil the deer and frolick among the snow flakes.

The Fire Wizard Finale (Build 0.4.0.0)
We took way longer on this update than we had intended but we promise it was well worth the wait! There is new content and a LOT of improvements! Here's the changelog!

The 2nd device plugged in has disabled analogue sticks if one of the devices is a PS4 controller but only in singleplayer
Gem count UI doesn't update properly

Unable to select control option to rebind with the second players device while playing co-op

Small Delay On Next Update!
We're pushing hard to complete the forest area of the game. We've completed most of the content now but we wanted to include the final boss battle with the Fire Wizard! The next update includes a lot of new content (including some new heads), fixes, and improvements. So hang tight!

The Quality of Life Update (Build 0.3.5.0)
Hey everyone! This is our first official update for Duke of Defense and we want to make sure we've left you with a good impression of what's to come. This update includes mostly quality of life changes that we felt were necessary to take care of before pushing forward with new content.
New tower upgrade icons
Added 4 heads to be unlocked (later in the game)
The tutorial will now prompt you to press SELECT when showing the UI at the top of the screen
Fixed various grammar issues in the tutorial
Cannonball impact replaced with fireball impact
Removed the checkmark displayed above platforms
Made pausing more polished (just made instances not flash for the first frame)
Broken hearts appear above the player when taking damage that affects lives and the castle does the same
Tooltips that appear throughout the gameplay to help explain various mechanics
New gameplay setting that allows you to turn off automatic menu prompts
New platforms that indicate a level completion in 3 tiers

We have started work on the next update already so you can definitely expect to see the complete forest section of the game fairly soon. We have another boss battle, new levels, and more heads right around the corner!
Regarding issues with audio problems
We've seen a few reports of music going silent or not looping correctly. We have yet to verify what the exact issue is or what we can do to prevent it. We're keeping our eyes open and looking to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

What are we working on?
We've been trying to recover from the pre-release grind we were on and begin the next big steps for Duke of Defense. The next update includes an unhealthy amount of changes!
