Dungeons 4 - Update 1.8

Fellow adepts of Evil, the Ultimate Evil greets you!

Today, we have released Update 1.8 for Dungeons 4 on Steam, Epic, Microsoft Store PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. This update adds a new “Extremely Difficult” difficulty as well as 2 new Skirmish Maps and skills for Thalya! Additionally, the fastest completion time for each difficulty and mission is now displayed in the mission selection.

For more details, please check out the full changelog below.

*Insert evilly wicked pre-Christmas laughter here*
Hahaha-hohoho…*cough*
Can you already hear the Little Snots singing Christmas carols in the distance?

Changes Update 1.8:

New “Extremely Difficult” difficulty

  • “On the ‘Extreme Difficult’ Difficulty Level, strong enemies will attack you even more quickly. Enemies also have increased Hit Points and Elite Heroes and Legendary Heroes are even stronger! Furthermore, you collect less Evilness and your Creatures earn fewer Experience Points (but want higher Wages). As if all that wasn't bad enough, the Efficiency of your Rooms is reduced by default. Good luck, you're going to need it...”

Best time display

  • The best “Time played” of a map is now displayed alongside with each difficulty within the selected mission.

2 New Skirmish Maps & 2 new corresponding unlockable skills

  • Werebor's End - “Regardless of the name, this was not about Wereboars or anything similar. Instead, the Absolute Evil found itself in the middle of an old Dwarven Mine.”

  • The new unlockable skill “Bad to the Bone” can be unlocked in Werebor's End. - “Undead get 35% more experience and start with 2 Armor.”
  • Beyond the Wall - “A huge rock formation split the land in two. Would the Waste-Laying Evil let that stop it? Not likely, as this sounded like a real challenge!”

  • The new unlockable skill “Mass Mobilization” can be unlocked in Beyond the Wall. - “Hiring costs are 35% lower. Your Population limit is increased by 3.”

Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse is Available Now

Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse is Available Now

We are thrilled to announce that Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse is now available in a timeline near you! This newest DLC promises a new 3-mission campaign, a new skirmish map, a heroic (ew) outfit for Thalya, and, for the very first time, the ability to build up to 15 new buildings on the Overworld which will allow the recruitment and training of hero units! Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse is out now on Steam, Windows PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation®5 for €14.99/£12.99, with a 15% discount on Steam and other online retailers until December 17th.

As enemies become allies, Good becomes Evil (or vice-versa, this is still being hotly debated by the siblings) players can recruit and train a shiny, self-righteous army to fight alongside Thalya and her shiny, self-righteous stepbrother Tristan as they navigate an alternate reality where alliances are turned upside down and Evil™ isn't quite as Absolute as usual! Guide this unlikely duo through new challenges, wielding the holy and/or unholy combination of Evil and Good to find their way back to their own (arguably even more chaotic) universe.

In addition to this evilly good DLC, the Community-Loving Evil has also today launched Update 1.8, a free update to the Dungeons 4 base game. This update brings with it a new, distressingly dastardly difficulty level, 2 new skirmish maps with 2 new unlockable skills and a “Best Time” display for each map! Players can read more about Update 1.8 in our Blog Post.

Packed with new missions, unique mechanics, and the ability to recruit heroes from the forces of the Good for maximum Evil-Goodness, Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse is out now on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 for €14.99/£12.99.

Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse Features:

  • When Evil fights Evil and joins forces with Good, is Good being Evil? You can revel in this philosophical question while, for the first time in the series’ history, in Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse you control Tristan, his spells and his hero minions to venture against a common adversary, who is somehow even MORE evil than Thalya. WHAT?
  • A Multiverse Right at your Partly-Evil Fingertips: A new mini-campaign, spanning 3 new and fully voiced missions leading you through the challenges of a new multiverse while working together with the pesky stepbrother of Thalya.
  • Leave a new mark on the Overworld: With your freshly formed – and still bizarre, I care to add – bond, you are now able to build 15 hero buildings on the Overworld, where you can recruit and upgrade heroes to strengthen your Army of Good (did I really write this? Yuck)
  • Skirmish Time: Train your freshly acquired “Team Good” skills and find out how to really work and slay together in a brand-new skirmish map “Dynamic Sibling Duo”.
  • Blend in with the Good! To blend into the hero community (again, this is born out of pure necessity, we are forced to emphasize) Thalya gets a new, heroic (blurgh) outfit.

Dungeons 4 - Not Another Multiverse DLC announced

Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse Flips the Script on The Absolute Evil

Thalya is thrust into the Multiverse of Badness in Dungeons 4 newest DLC

We just have announced a brand-new dimension-bending DLC for Dungeons 4! In the new DLC, Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse, Thalya finds herself thrust into an alternate reality where she must join forces with her holy stepbrother Tristan to fight for their return to the world they know and... tolerate. The DLC will feature a brand new three-mission campaign, a new skirmish map, and the ability to build and control hero buildings across the Overworld and use them to recruit and train heroes. Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse will be released on December 10th on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.

Rejoice, advents of Evil™ for the Absolute Evil has been hard at work in its laboratories crafting a brand new DLC for Thalya and the Little Snots to enjoy. Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse follows Thalya and her heroic (ew) stepbrother Tristan as they are thrown through a portal emerging in another reality. In this alternative universe, Thalya finds herself on the wrong side of Evil as the demons and horde creatures refuse to obey and begin to attack her and Tristan, leaving the rival siblings with no choice but to join forces. The deliciously evil new mini campaign explores the alternate universe in three new missions, and in the first mission even allows players to control Tristan and harness the power of Good (as distasteful as it may be...) Across the DLC campaign, Thalya and Tristan will need to work together using their newly acquired “Team Good” skills to return to their own universe, so that they can continue to beat the living Snots out of each other again. For the first time in the series’ history, players will be able to build an Army of Good and construct 15 different buildings in the Overworld, allowing them to recruit and train hero units. The DLC also features a new skirmish map “Dynamic Sibling Duo” and a new Heroic Outfit for Thalya so she can blend in with the virtuous hero community in her newly formed and might we add, temporary alliance.

Dungeons 4 – Not Another Multiverse releases on December 10th on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
