Hi everyone,

I hope you are doing great and that you had a good time testing out Elypse!
Using all your feedbacks on Steam and Discord we runned some bugfix and updated the demo.

Here are the changelogs:
- Jump tweaked
- Fixed multiple colliders
- Game should not resume playing for a few seconds after returning to the main menu
- First checkpoint is no longer skippable
- Blocked the pause menu during the giant cutscene
- Chain dashing into a lava wall now correctly kills the player
- Fixed rebinding the arrow keys
- Fixed key bindings resetting when launching the game
- Updated some localization texts
- Fixed some tutorial line spacing and size
- Time in the stats tabs in now correctly tracked
- Added options menu in-game (Experimental, may have edge-case issues)

Hi everyone,

We are super happy to see that people are playing the demo, enjoying it and giving us feedback on Elypse. This is important material which allows a step back on our work to improve it.

We don't have much ressources as we are a very small team with few time on our hands, but we will do our best to improve Elypse game experience based upon the feedback we are gathering.

/!\ Framerate issues information /!\
Hello gamers !

Thank you for all the feedbacks you guys are giving, it is really valuable for us.

We are sorry and are aware about framerate issues and other bugs. We are currently hard working on the optimization front to get a game that fits most configurations.
Unfortunately these issues can't be fixed for this demo, but we will do our best to address them. We will also provide you with options to tweak the graphics in the full release.
Also, note that we use high definition & quality textures that are quite demanding sometimes. You will most likely encounter some framerate drops if you're playing in 2K resolution or above without a high-end GPU.
In the meantime, we recommend you to play the game on 1080p if you are having issues.

Steam Next Fest - Demo playthrough

Demo available now!
The February edition of the Steam Next Fest is happening on February 6th to the 13th and Elypse is taking part in this event. So we thought it'd be the right time to finally let Elypse into your hands... Right now! This demo is about 20 to 30 minutes to finish and will let you get a glimpse at what Elypse will be.



Keep in mind that this is still a work in progress but we are eager to get any feedback to make this game even better on its launch!

Catapult yourself into the Abyss!
Your exploration of the Abyss will be full of challenges. You might wonder how you can explore the Abyss with dashes and slashes but you'll unlock new abilities during your whole journey. One of them is the grappling hook!



See that thing over there? That's what allows you to use a grappling hook to dash even further! Hook your shot at the right angle to get exactly where you want or be prepared to land in unfortunate places.
