Sorry this update took so long! The move over to Unity HDRP and overhaul of the room and water systems took much longer than anticipated. With those two out of the way the focus from now can be on polishing and improving the current systems as well as mid/end game content.
Fire
New fire system, items, plants, buildings, and some terrain types can go up in flames! Be careful with planning your base. New bucket item for your colonists to put out fires. Haulers will automatically use them to take water from stills to the fire. Improved avoidance of dangerous areas to come in the next patch, for now fires are pretty mild.
Combat
Ongoing improvements to combat pathing and behaviour. AI squads should be much more capable at going home. Unconscious creatures can no longer dodge or block.
Water system overhaul
Water has been completely overhauled, should flow much better now. Pumps are more important now as water is more accurately modeled. Proper implementation of salt water, oil, and smoke (no gameplay impact yet for oil and smoke).
Rooms overhaul
Room system has been overhauled. Temperature should no longer reset when blocks are changed. Rooms can now be much larger than before. New floor and wall types to decorate your rooms with.
Events
Many complaints that this event was not balanced at all. Greatly reduced the numbers of attackers, but they have new tricks up their sleeves (hint, it involves fire). Changes to event/faction balance to reduce monster waves of orcs and too much randomness in wave size.
User Experience improvements
Improved interface to select things in game. You can now click directly on things instead of having to toggle through things on the same square. Water overview mode should better highlight where water is. Items can be claimed and forbidden by right clicking on them.
Research
Bookshelves can now store up to 3 books. Research for basic technologys much cheaper.
Visuals
Upgrade to Unity 2021's high definition render pipeline. The main reason behind this was to improve torch performance. Now you can have lots of pretty torches without the game slowing to a crawl. Visuals are improved as well, but some things still need work to take advantage of the new features. New models for advanced furnace, gear making station, weaver workshop, and mechanical forge. New terrain textures. Added new option to control day and night brigtness.
Fixes:
Fixed harvest wool job not displaying animation and progress. Fixed grave digging job not working. Fixed event notifications breaking when leaving to main menu then starting or loading a new game. Varous other small balance tweaks and fixes.
Update 0.760
Balance changes to speed up experience gain pace slightly.
Significant reduction in difficulty for the lower tier items and buildings. Combined with fixing the bug which was causing item quality to be calculated wrongly, should make building mechanisms and other difficult items and buildings much more manageable.
New models for advanced furnace, jewelry workshop, and lens crafting station. Note that due to the size of the advanced furnace changing, you will need to rebuild the advanced furnace in existing save games for it to work properly.

Fixed clearing camps not spawning research artifacts if "Zoom to Target" was clicked.
There will probably be one more patch to further tweak the 0.75 balance, but work has started on the next major update (0.8). The 0.75 update has been pretty rough with a lot of confusing (and initially buggy!) new mechanics. So sorry about that.
0.8 will focus on consolidating the current systems in the game. With the exception of a fire/smoke system.

Fixed bug with priority for buildings which require item delivery (furnace, fireplaces, etc.) defaulting to zero. Unfortunately priority will need to be set for buildings which were already built (in the filter panel).
