Disabled the use of special characters in captain names. Valid characters for new captains are now a-z, A-Z, 1-0 and _ (underscore)

Options window hotkey changed from [F12] to [O]

MISSIONS
The salvage mission will now function correctly if the player already has a Salvage Beam module when the mission starts
BUG FIXES
Fixed issue with character name confirmation at end of character creation
Fixed issue when player left the game before completing the introductory mission

It is no longer possible to open the Cargo Hold window when there is no active ship
The debug version of the Assets window has been disabled
Fixed Faction names on the Character Select screen (now correctly displays the name of the megacorporation for characters who have contracted with one)
