Entropy Release Notes - 10 Dec 2013 Build

GENERAL


  • Load times have been significantly reduced
  • Docking, undocking, void gate jump and void gate arrival animations can now be skipped by pressing [SPACE]
  • The production of Salvage Beams has been increased


CHARACTER CREATION


  • Disabled the use of special characters in captain names. Valid characters for new captains are now a-z, A-Z, 1-0 and _ (underscore)


CHAT


  • Added text wrapping to the chat log


CONTROLS


  • Options window hotkey changed from [F12] to [O]
  • [H] will now open the Cargo Hold window
  • Added mouse sensitivity slider to Options window


MISSIONS


  • The salvage mission will now function correctly if the player already has a Salvage Beam module when the mission starts


BUG FIXES


  • Fixed issue with character name confirmation at end of character creation
  • Fixed issue when player left the game before completing the introductory mission
  • Several fixes and improvements to how the salvage mission functions
  • It is no longer possible to open the Cargo Hold window when there is no active ship
  • The debug version of the Assets window has been disabled
  • Fixed Faction names on the Character Select screen (now correctly displays the name of the megacorporation for characters who have contracted with one)
