Steam Trading cards!

Hello guys! The game was just updated with Steam Trading cards!

Early Access version 0.5a

New huge update was just added to the game:


  • Third and final map was added
  • First and second map are swapped with each other, now you are starting in the forests area and coming to the city. This was done because of logical reasons, third map is a subway and you need to go the city to get to it.
  • New survival mode can now be unlocked after beating the game, you can unlock it now but the mode itself is coming later.
  • A lot of small fixes and changes
  • Save system is tweaked again, hopefully it will work on every system now, but for some it means you have to start new game

Early Access version 0.36a

Game updated to version 0.36a:


  • New character models
  • New game backgrounds
  • New battle levels
  • Some minor interface fixes

Early Access version 0.33a - mini-bosses

New update was just added

Now you can encounter events with mini-bosses - powerful zombie enemies, and get a decent reward for it. Right now there are 2 types of mini-bosses, but there will be more closer to release.

Early Access version 0.31a

Update 0.31a added:


  • Scouting difficulty changed and difficulty overall balanced more
  • Hunger mechanics changed, decreasing speed of dying of hunger
  • Running speed, Dodge and Enrage abilities are now passive, Dodge gives 15% of evading damage and Enrage gives 15% more melee attack speed
  • new ability added: Improved scavenging, increases effectiveness of work
  • Some crafting scrap requirements changed
  • Minor interface changes and bug fixes

New patch, camera change

New patch:


  • Camera in battles changed to more traditional strategy movement, now you don't need to drag it. Please write how you think it changes the game.
  • Crating skill requirements decreased for all items
  • New crafting item added - turret. It attacks enemies atomatically with arrows

Battles with humans

New update was just added to the game:


  • Battles with survivors and bandits added to the game. Now previous events where you must fight a group of survivors are starting actual battles, instead of random numbers generation, and also new events with human battles were added.
  • All barricades increased in size
  • Characters now less colliding with each other
  • Some minor interface improvements
  • Fix for windows10 saving is added, please write on forums if you still have problems


Character update (Warning! Important info)

New update was just added to the game.

Warning! This update will break your save file, so you'll have to start new campaign and overwrite it. I'm sorry for inconvinience, but this is the nature of Early Access - some things are changing all the time.

What's new:


  • Character system changed, now instead of generic looking people the game will have more unique personalities, that I think will make characters more memorable and diverse. Later every characters will have own little bio and unique perks. Characters roster will increase over time.
  • Character window don't have subpanels anymore, everything is in one place. Also buttons for scrolling lists added.
  • Day/Night cycle is returned as optional choice at the start of the game.
  • Unlocks changed - now you are unlocking simple stuff after first map completion and more advanced stuff after second map.
  • Minor bug fixes

New balance patch

New patch was added to the game:

  • Day/night cycle is removed from the game. Even though it's adding to the atmosphere of the game, I believe it is unnecessary for the gameplay.
  • You are starting with less ammo and receive less ammo in scavenges
  • Shield is now adds to the melee weapon, without replacing it. It can only be used with bats and axes, I will add more melee weapons soon
  • Crafting is now correctly adds experience to the characters and current craft skill is now sum of maximum skilled character and fraction of other crafting skilled characters
  • You can now rotate structures before placing them in battle
  • Zombie now spawn in small groups
  • A lot of small improvements and bug fixes
