Permanent Bans for Illegal Program Use
We have recently identified a few accounts that have been using illegal programs to gain certain advantages in Eternal Return.
The use of illegal programs seriously undermines fair gameplay, and permanent bans are applied without exception in all cases.
We will continue to track and investigate accounts that may still be using such programs and will take action as soon as any violations are confirmed.
We are also working closely with law enforcement to pursue legal measures against all activities related to the development, sale, or distribution of illegal programs, and we will respond firmly and without leniency to ensure that those responsible cannot evade accountability.
We strongly advise players not to attempt using illegal programs out of curiosity or for any other reason.
We will continue to enforce strict measures and strengthen security to maintain a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players.

Forging Skin Voucher Refund Request Page
As we previously mentioned, we've prepared a separate page to receive your requests
following our Forging Skin Exchange Voucher Improvements post.
Players who submit this request will get back their used vouchers and in exchange,
the received skins will be retrieved from their accounts.
All rewards received from the exchanged skins will also be retrieved, so make sure to keep this in mind before submitting your request.
Once the request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled.

Fearless Race Blair Skin Release
We’ve received your feedback regarding the release date for Blair’s new skin, which was not clearly specified in the 10.3 Patch Notes.
This caused many of you to believe the skin would be released today.
While the release date was shared through other channels, we realize this communication wasn't clear enough for everyone.
To make it up to you, we’ve decided to move the release date forward.
The release of the Fearless Racer Blair skin will be pulled back from Tuesday, February 24th to Friday, February 20th at 06:00 (UTC).

P5R Collab Items Pricing Error & Refund Process
Thank you so much for your support today after the release of our P5R collab!
While processing purchases after today's 10.3 Update, we identified an error in pricing on Steam in some language environments.
Unfortunately, this pricing error lasted for about 30 minutes before being fixed.
As a result, we will be carrying out refunds to accounts that were charged the incorrect amount and retrieving the items received.
Following this measure, Collection rewards and conditions will also be reset for said accounts.
Due to the number of refunds that need to be issued, this process may take some time.
Additionally, account access may be temporarily restricted for said accounts in order to process refunds.
We want to sincerely apologize for not being able to provide a smooth collab release.
And once again, we would like to thank you for your patience and support while we work on this.[/p]
