Skin Data Box Returns, Follow-Up Measures & Progress
[p]Hello Lumia Island Survivors,[/p][p]First, we would like to sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the probability issue in the Skin Data Box event.[/p][p]During our additional review, we found that another detailed explanation on the exact cause of the issue and follow-up actions was needed.[/p][p][/p][p]1. Detailed Explanation of the Issue[/p][p]The base items and base probabilities of the Skin Data Box were applied correctly.
However, the additional event skins that should have been applied for the \[Two Bonus Weeks: Skin Data Boxes] event were mistakenly applied using version 8.4 data, instead of the correct version 9.4 data.[/p][p]This means that if you opened Skin Data Boxes during the affected time, event skins still appeared with the intended probability, but the skins that appeared were incorrectly pulled from the old 8.4 skin pool, instead of the new 9.4 event skins.We deeply apologize for failing to detect and resolve this earlier.[/p][p][/p][p]2. Follow-Up Measures (For Applicants Only)[/p][p]Our previous notice stated that affected items would be retrieved in bulk for all players who opened boxes during the affected time. However, many of you expressed that you do not want this.Therefore, we will now proceed in the following way:[/p][p]Only players who obtained 8.4 skins or designs during the affected period and wish to return them may apply to do so.[/p][p]Players eligible for this can request a full revert of the skins/designs obtained during the affected period.
Once this application is submitted, all skins and designs acquired during that time will be retrieved, and you will receive new boxes containing 9.4 skins/designs of the same rarity.If you do not apply through our form, your current items will remain unchanged.[/p][p][/p][p]Please note:
Due to fairness concerns, we cannot retrieve only some items. If you apply, all skins and designs obtained during the affected period will be retrieved and exchanged.[/p][p]Exchange Rules:[/p]

[p]3. How to Apply (Details Coming Soon)[/p][p]If you wish to request for a retrieval of the skins and designs you received in return of the same-rarity boxes, you will be able to apply through a dedicated application page.This page is currently under development and is expected to open next week.
Once it is ready, we will provide the link along with detailed instructions and the schedule in a separate announcement.[/p][p][/p][p]4. Application Period & Item Processing[/p][p]Applications will be open for about a week once the page goes live.
After the application period ends, all submitted requests will be processed during the maintenance on Thursday, December 11th.[/p][p]During this maintenance, all skins/designs obtained during the affected period will be retrieved and replaced with 9.4 same-rarity boxes that we're currently working on.[/p][p][/p][p]We would like to sincerely apologize once again for the confusion caused and thank you for your patience.[/p]

Skin Data Box Follow Up
[p]Hello Lumia Island Survivors,[/p][p]Here's a follow up for the Skin Box Data situation[/p][p][/p][p]1. What happened?[/p][p]Today we started our event Two Bonus Weeks: Skin Data Boxes but the bonus probability of obtaining new skins from Skin Data Boxes was not correctly applied.
This has now been fixed and boxes should be giving items at the probability intended.[/p][p][/p][p]2. Follow Up MeasuresWe will be retrieving items obtained from Skin Data Boxes after today's maintenance and before we fixed the data for Skin Data Boxes.
We will be restocking the boxes and keys used for this as well.[/p][p][/p][p]3. Internal Process Improvements & Compensation Reward[/p][p][/p][p]We understand how important and sensitive probability-based items are, and we sincerely apologize for today’s oversight.[/p][p]

Skin Data Boxes Back to Normal!
Hello Lumia Island Survivors,

We earlier announced that Skin Data Boxes would be temporarily disabled to fix the data that was not correctly applying the bonus skins of our Two Weeks Bonus event.

We've successfully fixed it and now they're back to normal in the store.
We'll do our best to promptly resolve the issues with boxes that were already purchased before this and we will keep you updated.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Skin Data Boxes Temporarily Disabled

After today's 9.4 Update, we've verified that Skin Data Boxes are not correctly applying the bonus skins of our Two Weeks Bonus event.

To work and fix the data, we will disable Skin Data Boxes temporarily and will let you know when they're back to normal.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Maintenance Notice
Servers will be temporarily offline for an estimated time of 4 hours on November 27th from 2 AM (UTC) to update Patch 9.4.

* The game will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Matchmaking Improvements
Hello Lumia Island Survivors,
We're adjusting queue settings for a smoother matchmaking environment.
The following adjustments will be applied at 6:30 AM (UTC).
*Matchmaking queues may be paused and unavailable for 1~2 minutes during the application.

Europe Server

  • Lower tier queues will be wider for improved queuing times.

Asia 1

  • The top-tier queue will have stricter matchmaking, with the highest tier restricted to players with 7900 Mythril or higher.
