[p]Hello Eternal Return Esports Fans![/p][p]The 2025 Korea Esports League (KEL), which kicked off in May with “Super Week” and concluded with the KEL National Championship held in Daejeon on October 11th, has come to an end with a dramatic victory by Seongnam ROX![/p][p]Although Seongnam ROX secured first place in Week 1, the journey after that was far from easy. Among all the fierce teams that made it to the final event, CNJ esports claimed a dramatic victory that moved everyone who witnessed it.[/p][p]Though they hadn’t been able to advance to a single Phase Final throughout the season, CNJ esports never gave up. Season Finals and Asia 1 Server Additional Information
[p]Hello Lumia Island Survivors,[/p][p]We continue working on finding the root of the connection delays on the Asia 1 Server but as previously announced, the exact cause has not yet been identified based solely on our internal data.[/p][p]Since the issue appears to be limited to this server, we believe it may be related to the cloud server infrastructure located in Seoul. However, this requires cooperation with external partners, which may extend the overall investigation period.[/p][p]For the remaining of the Finals tournament, we are preparing the other servers and taking additional measures to ensure smoother gameplay and stable broadcast conditions.[/p][p]We’ll continue to do our best to provide a seamless tournament experience and stable viewing environment.[/p][p]Meanwhile, the Masters S8 Finals Semifinals have concluded and we would like to sincerely thank all viewers who tuned in to support your teams! [p]Hello Lumia Island Survivors,[/p][p]The Finals Tournament Server and the Asia 1 Server are currently experiencing connection delays.[/p][p]After a thorough review of our internal systems, no clear abnormalities were found in our server indicators.[/p][p]However, to determine the exact cause, we are conducting additional investigations in cooperation with our cloud service provider and external partners.[/p][p]Due to this, we'll be temporarily suspending the Finals Tournament and we'll continue to explore all measure to resume these matches in a stable environment.[/p][p]We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to all of you and especially to our Esports fans who were looking forward to the tournament.[/p][p]We'll keep you updated.[/p][p]Thank you.[/p]

For bundles already purchased before the fix, we've retrieved the Paid NP and reissued it as Free NP as intended.
Please note that if any portion of the Paid NP has already been spent, it cannot be retrieved, and purchases made with that NP will not be eligible for refunds.
