Skin Refund Process Change
Firstly, we sincerely apologize for any concerns caused by controversial skin content.
Many players have contacted us to request refunds,. We understand how frustrating this can be and have been working as hard as we can to issue them. However, due to the high volume of inquiries, we've realized that issuing refunds to all players in a timely manner is not possible.
As a result, we're switching from a customer support refund process to a webpage refund process to make things a little smoother. Therefore, we kindly ask you to submit your refund requests through the link below in order to process them in batches and speed up the process.

Skin Refunds
First, we sincerely apologize to our players for causing concern due to the controversial content.
Skin refunds will be issued upon sending us a ticket through our Customer Support center.
Due to the high volume of customer service requests, we will be processing them in 2 rounds. It's important to note that it may take approximately one month for the actual refund to be completed. We appreciate your understanding.

A very important message
Freedom of expression is one of the most valued aspects of an artist and their creative process, but this value also comes with responsibility. Any type of hateful speech against others cannot be tolerated in the name of freedom and even less be justified.
This is why we have looked into the cases our community has alerted us of and we are going to proceed and eliminate from the game the content created by some individuals who have engaged in or supported hateful speech against others.
We will roll out a hotfix today at 8:30 AM (UTC), and with this hotfix we will discontinue the sales of 13 skins in Store and Exchange.

If you already own any of these skins, they will continue to be part of your Collectibles but if you would like a refund, please send us a ticket through our Customer Support center.
Skins purchased in the Store will be refunded in NP and skins purchased other than in the Store will be refunded in Mileage depending on their rarity.
The skins will be back in the Store in the future after they’ve been reworked and after their in-game illustrations have also been revamped.
Unfortunately, the process to bring you all these newly reworked skins back can take a long time as we would practically have to start from scratch. They would practically take as long as creating new skins. It’s estimated that it might take around 2 to 3 months on average, but this might be subject to change up to a year depending on different circumstances including the workload of skins that were under development that will also need to be reworked.
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
We’ll work harder on improving our content developing and checking process so we can avoid this kind of thing from happening again in the future.
