The beginning of Season 2 was unfortunately not as we expected. There have been different issues that have tainted the game experience all of you have as well as the initial excitement for a new season. We'd like to sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences you may have at the moment and elaborate on a few of them more.
We will be rolling out the 1.8b Hotfix at 11:30 AM (UTC).
Matching might not be possible for a short time while applying the server update.
NP Purchases will be unavailable for about 10 minutes before and after the API server update.
In the world there are people who don't know what a stable life looks like. Those who are born at the bottom of the chain and have to grow up fighting for survival. Tsubame used to be one of them. She grew up in the shadows of a criminal organization, following orders. She had no time to feel or want, she had to do as she was told in order to survive. But she didn't know that the same organization she gave her life to would be the first one to betray her.
After this betrayal and thanks to someone with a big heart, Tsubame was given a new chance at life. For the first time she was able to live a "normal life" away from the death and violence, and it was beautiful. She had a hard time making ends meet, but she was happy because she was no longer alone. All Tsubame wanted was that those days would last forever.
But as I said before, there are people in the world who are just so unlucky that even having a stable life is asking for too much. And misfortune has a way of hitting them especially hard.
Once again, Tsubame's life was empty. The man who gave her a new life and a new name was killed at the hands of a despicable gang determined to erase everything and everyone that could uncover their dark past.
Tsubame eventually broke her promise to the man who helped her and decided to become a monster once again. Now, she's getting ready for revenge with the help of the Aglaia organization who contacted her after finding out about her.
Will she find the strength to fulfill her vengeance through grueling training on Lumia Island?

Temporary Hotfix
A temporary hotfix was applied at 2:40 AM (UTC). Currently, the matchmaking division algorithm between premate and non premade teams is not working as intended, so we are looking into it so we can fix it as soon as possible. Matchmaking might not be available for a short time while we tackle this. However, this may not resolve the issue at once and may require follow up hotfixes.

Teammate HP Gauge colors will now be displayed correctly.
Alt ping will now work correctly on the minimap.
Killing an enemy in possession of Molten Malachite will correctly turn the item into a Reward.
Skins will now be correctly displayed in Mileage Exchange.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced since the 1.8 update. We are in the process of verifying the issues and fixing them.
We'll be hotfixing some of these later today, and we'll update this post once we have a confirmed the time.
