I’d like to talk about what is on my mind lately and would like to share with you my future plans for the game. If you have feedback or advice, please let me know.
Finished Parts (But not uploaded to Steam yet)
1. Attribute Growth will now show on screen
Many of you have complained about “XXX has significantly grown” is too vague.
Now you can see exactly how much you are stronger.
2. Remake of Hiding System
Well the system was not actually very useful now.
I’ve remake it so basically it’s like this:
You can hide directly in closets even when chased.
Hiding in closets will let you be immune to be damage.
Monsters chasing you will leave.
But you will quickly lose SP due to darkness.
There will more closets.

Plans:
1. Optimize interaction
Well the fact that you can only enter doors when directly walking to an arrow is pretty dumb. We're gonna fix that.
2. You’ll be able to open menu anytime you want.
This way you can check info anytime.
3. Replace the words with scenes at the end of chap 2.
It just looked wrong.
4. Reduce the frequency of phone failure.
5. More lights in Chap 3
6. [Important] The Big Black Monster won’t instantly kill you now.
It’s just bad experience and poor design. We’ll change it to periodically deal mental damage to you.
7. [Important] Nerf Tarot “Justice”
It’s too OP of a elementary Tarot, so we plan to nerf it, slow the recover process or it won’t fully restore your SP.
8. More interact point and supplement
Curiosity should definitely be rewarded!
9. Unlock [Dash][Hide] earlier
We plan to unlock Dash at chap 1 and Hide chap 2.
How we'll proceed in the future

I’m super grateful for all the love and support. You’ve helped make this game better by giving feedbacks. I’d like to say thanks to you all.
I’m here give you some prospect about the 1.00 ver of this game.
- Better graphics and lighting (Better pixel graphics that fit the scenario with better lighting that reveal positions)
- Better interactive space (To let you interact with things better)
- Make the hiding system “making more sense” (You can take meds in the closets but the sans will keep dropping when hiding)
- Make the work out system more “visible” (The growth number will show on the screen after working out)
- More things to interact with (Carry buckets, plant flowers, detach ventilation pipes)
- Simplify daily activity attributes (Each activity contributes to one attribute)
- Enhance Agility and Luck - Divining with Tarots at night (This can also help you what tarots you are going to get later)
- More Easter Eggs - More fun challenges for the 1st and 2nd chapters (Especially Chapter 1, pushing boxes and maze puzzles are just not enough)
- Enhance game tempo, make multiple rounds playable (Yes we’re preparing the collect system)
- More support for languages (Depends on your need! So if you want this game to support your language, speak up! )
- More smoke screens (Should intensify the game even more right?)
- New monsters and traps - More challenges and puzzles - Add more memory parts in the challenge level to enrich the background (which you need to look for clues)
- Better cut scenes - 4 Endings - Achievements (which will grant you in-game rewards)
- Trading Cards - Optimize Scripts - Customizable buttons (This one is actually the hardest to achieve among all these)
- Better FPS - Bug, Bug never dies (Gotta fix ‘em all!!!!)

Patch Note V0.62.2
It is to our knowledge that Chapter 3 maybe a bit too difficult for most gamers. So we decided to lower that a little bit to ensure a smooth ride.
- Added position indicators towards where you can get into the bed.
- Slightly decreased the moving speed of the Red Claw. (Which I believe you guys call it...lobsters?)
- Slightly decreased the consumption speed of SAN.
- Added 2 more chocolate bars in the 1st Chapter.
- Enabled autosaving after the memory clip in Chapter 3.
- Added more lighting in the lever zone in Chapter 3.
- Slightly increased the fps of this game (about 15%).
- Fixed the bug that caused the inability to call out menu in Chapter 2.
- Fixed the bug that caused blackscreen investing the dumpster at night in Chapter 2.
- Fixed the bug that caused the unstoppable animation of running after a memory clip in Chapter 3.
Q&A
The game has been released for about a week now. I'd like to thank all of you for your support and feedback!!!
According to frequent feedback and advice, here's some Q&A I'd like you to know.
Q: The key setting is a freaking mess, can I customize it or can the devs change it?
A: Sorry, because this ancient engine (published at 1992), customization is impossible and even for us changing the key setting is very difficult.
Q: When will the complete version be released?
A: I need to return to China to tend to my illness in July. After that I should be pumping out content about one chapter per 2 months. So according to this schedule, the complete version will be released at around the end of this year.
Q: Will this game have multi-ending?
A: The complete version will have 3 endings but EA ver will only have one.
Q: It's year 9012, why can't I use F12 to take a screenshot???
A: Well like I said above this is an ancient engine...the restart hot key for this engine is F12 so it contradicts the screenshot button. And the saddest thing is, we can't even change screenshot to another button...
Q: Do you actually read reviews?
A: Of course I do! Normally I'd read all reviews twice everyday. Check streamer channels and discussions. Although I don't have time to reply to all of you, I do read everything. Also, my dear friends in the publisher company also read everything about 3 to 5 times a day and give me feedback whenever they spot something, even after midnight.
Q: What should I do to unlock the hidden door in chapter 3?
A: That's an easter egg room. I'll give you a hint, this is a perfect time to have a convo strike a deal with some strange creature~
Patch Note V0.62.1
-You can now still run the game if the installation of fonts failed.
-Highlighted the wooden board in the study at Chp.2.
-Highlighted the shelf at Chp.3.
-You don't need to re-equip Tarot cards in new chapters.
-You don't need to "reload" the umbrella anymore.
-You'll now get a tip at the beginning of the game about Alt+Enter to full-screeb the game.
-Items like plungers will automatically be discarded now.
-Fixed bug that caused crashes when inputting password at Chp.3.
-Fixed the bug that caused Powerful handwash won't heal you.
-Fixed the bug that caused coffee won't clear your fatigue bar.
- Fixed the bug that when you feed the acid to the dev, the acid isn't consumed normally.

[Method to fix the crash bug in the new demo]
We’ve learned that a lot of you have experienced a bug that may cause crashing. It is because the new demo can’t read the old save data anymore. You can delete the save data file in the root folder and disable Steam Cloud.

Patch Notice
Thank all of you for the testing and the feedback this month. We've made a few changes according to your demands and preferences. The following is the updated content:
1. Reduced the laggy feel when moving.
2. Added new animation and stepping sound to the move "sprinting".
3. Replaced a few BGMs and added some more to provide a more immersive experience.
4. Replaced and added new UIs.
5. Fixed the bug that caused wrongly display of numbers of items.
6. Fixed the bug that caused wrongly display of HP/SP.
7. Enhanced the effectiveness of "Bandages", one will cure all "injuries".
8. Reduced the remaining "injuries" when taking damage. For example, when taking 20 damage, you'll now have only 15 "injuries".
9. After game over, it'll show you the saving/loading screen instead of the main title.
10. Significantly reduced the times you need to try to break to door in scene 2 (from 12 to 6).
We're still testing and optimizing the final product. There will also be another beta test for all of you. Please stay tuned.
