Known Bugs
We are currently aware of the following bugs and plan to address them in future updates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these issues.
◆ When playing as Barrage, dealing damage to yourself with the Triple Threat ability sometimes results in being taken down by your own ability. Triple Threat is not intended to take down the player using it. This will be fixed in a future update.
◆ Under certain conditions, some small dinosaurs may not be hit by Murasame's Crescent Moon ability. We plan on addressing this issue so that small dinosaurs will be hit by the ability as intended.
◆ Under certain conditions, using Roadblock's Storm Drive ability may result in players becoming unable to kill Pteranodons. We plan on addressing this issue so that Pteranodons can be defeated as intended.

Exoprimal Requires a Linked CAPCOM ID to Play
Users must link their CAPCOM ID to their corresponding platform account in order to play Exoprimal.
When you sign into Exoprimal, the game will run a check to confirm whether or not your platform account and CAPCOM ID are linked. An error message will appear if they are not. The below image is taken from the Xbox version of the game. This error message will differ according to the platform on which you play Exoprimal. To register and/or link your CAPCOM ID with a platform account, access the displayed website or matrix code via your device's browser, a smart phone, a computer, or another smart device. After linking your account, return to the game and select the Confirm Link button to conduct another check.
Take the following steps if this message continues to display even after you have linked your account. You may have started the game while logged into an unlinked platform account. Log into the CAPCOM ID website or use the link below the matrix code in the error message. Navigate to the Account Page screen and confirm which accounts are linked under the Platform Account Information section. Be sure to start Exoprimal on the account that is linked with your CAPCOM ID.

New Setting: Anonymous Usernames (Beta)
The Anonymous Usernames (Beta) feature has been added to the Network section of the Settings menu. This feature replaces the names of other players in the game with an anonymized username. It is only available in the Steam version of the game. The Beta version of this feature will display in English for all languages except Japanese.
The scope of this feature's effect can be set as follows:
All Other Players All usernames other than your own will be replaced with an anonymous username.
Buddy Exception All usernames other than Buddy usernames and your own with an anonymous username.
Off Normal usernames will be displayed.
Use of this feature will not affect report and block functions. It will also not hide your name from being seen by other players. This feature is a work in progress, and may not function perfectly.
