Offline is now uncapped but not everything is perfectly accurate after 24h.
Event cosmetic reward is based on Boss participation and not ranking.
This build also make everything ready for the multiplayer, i will likely redo a minor update to change the version to V1.00 around the 3rd or 4th of September. Meanwhile we keep working on the new feature.
Out of Early Access V1.0 - Multiplayer Season 1 - What Comes Next

Time flies when you're busy surviving hordes of murderous potatoes! Farmer Against Potatoes Idle (FAPI) is approaching its 2nd anniversary later this month. We can't thank everyone enough, both those who started on our Early Access journey two years ago and everyone who has joined the cause since then. To celebrate, we will be having a limited time event where you can earn a few cosmetic goodies. Details will be announced soon.
As a small aside, it has been exactly six years since Oni Games was founded. Our first game, Wizard and Minion Idle (WAMI), was released several months later. Despite three years and 153 game updates (as of July 2024), WAMI was never officially finished. So having FAPI finally leave Early Access is incredibly exciting! That said, we will be announcing something about WAMI soon...
Oh, did I forget to mention that FAPI is leaving Early Access? We are thrilled to announce that we will be officially launching the 1.0 version on September 5th! Half a million Farmers have killed almost five and a half TRILLION (or 5.5e12 for those of you on scientific/engineering notation) potatoes over the past two years. We have gone from humble beginnings just fending off waves of bloodthirsty taters to catching and raising pets, managing our own town, and doing some actual farming. We look forward to everyone continuing to keep the world(s) safe from the spud invasion.
However, this does not mean that we are content to bask in the glow of mountains of roasted tubers. While we feel that the game is well balanced with plenty of content available, we are planning for new features and improvements from the early game experience all the way to end game.
First, Multiplayer Season 1 will officially commence on September 19th. We thank everyone who has helped us test this feature over the past few months. Your patience and feedback has allowed us to balance and improve the overall experience. As with the initial tests, there will be no P2W aspects in Multiplayer. Farmers can purchase community buffs that everyone will benefit from, but everything else is rewarded in-game. And while we already have a few changes for future seasons in mind, we welcome all feedback to help us continue to improve Multiplayer going forward.
And what about the future? We are already working on a new feature for mid-game. Weโre hoping to have that ready sometime in October. And we continue to brainstorm new ideas that will help us ascend, nay, transcend to new heights of Farmer power!

Greetings Dear Farmer,
Today the League #1 end and we can't give a date for League #2 as we are mostly working on game content right now. There will be a #2 for sure, but likely not within 3-6 months, as after this update we will redo a small one in a few days/week to announce the game V1.0 + Multiplayer Season 1 start. Yes yes, this test was a success enough to finally be ready, there will be a few minor changes for Season 1, but nothing big as we want this live and will do more change for future Season.
Next week we are starting to work on the new feature that will be around A#20-25, and is maybe the one i'm the most hyped about ๐ฎ It will likely take 4-12 weeks to get it fully made so we will drop a few minor patch in between.

2 Ascension Milestone to hint the Potato and Skull evolution, as it was shown no where that it would happen.
Update:
Resetting Perk now have a 24h cooldown after A#20.
Grasshopper and Protein scrollbar are reversed.
Fix:
Auto Area going from 8-9 to 9-1 was waiting too long to go forward, threshold have been lowered.
Skull Bonus in Reincarnation page was being removed at A#30 instead of A#40, which is only visual.

Today we tried to go from one season to another, it didn't work properly. We are fixing everything and will restart it tomorow the 26th at 4PM UTC
Next week a small update will go out with new Ascension Perk, which is the last one before we start preparing the next big feature (A#20).

Multiplayer Test going for another 20 bosses starting 25th July. Server has been holding strong since our provider gave us a new machine ๐.
Update:
Skull Powder unlock have been reworked to open earlier.
Soul shop level will increase every 10 Ascension after reaching A#50, instead of every 5 Ascension, and will likely have bigger value after A#100 etc (yes yes A#100 confirmed!).
Renown Level after 50 have been reworked, it will provide a bonus 10x smaller but level up 10x faster. The experience required from previously level 50 to 55, will now be the same experience required from 50 to 100. Beyond level 100 the bonus is again reduced by 5x. Renown getting super strong, it was needing a small slowdown. But instead of getting a level every month for a "big" boost, you will now daily get a level for a smaller boost.
Equipment Bonus Sweet Potato slightly improved.
Sweet Potato Upgrade Item Rating base bonus up from 5% to 25%.
Sweet Potato Upgrade Pet Damage base bonus up from 2% to 10%.
Expedition soft cap around player sitting at A#50, no one will be affected before xmas.
Fix:
Loading League first and switching to Normal mode made Sweet Potato / Skull Powder Assembly Line not work properly.
Farming Shop page 2 & 3 is now working.
Class Exp breaking at 21.7 Million levels into a class won't happen.
New Server is up and running, let's hope this one doesn't burn
Today was a rough day, apparently the server broke down on the provider side, they fully replaced it and everything should be back to normal. Hopefully now there won't be any crash anymore.
Multiplayer test continue until the 20 bosses are dead and season reward are claimed (only 5000 soul, to try if it work). We will redo a test with just a few bosses until we are sure the server doesn't have random crashes anymore.
Sorry for the trouble and for anyone who weren't seeing their save for a while, there should be the offline save but it's not always as reliable as the online one, we also do daily backup which ensure that even if something critical happen, your data are safe and won't be weeks/months of progress loss.
On a side note, more W9 are coming next week with more upgrade, changes & boost to a few existing one, and right after we are starting the new feature, A#20 for anyone wondering.

Server instability, moving to a new one and rebooting multiplayer
Brave Farmers,
Since the move to this new provider, we kept having issue, and for now the server is fully down.
We will prepare an update later today or tomorrow to move back to our previous server which never had any problems in the last 6-12 months, to make sure it is the server and not something on our end that has an issue.
For now, the multiplayer is fully stopped, and we will restart it shortly after the move to the new server is done.
We apologize for any trouble this could cause regarding the save online (the game still properly save offline, and we have the whole backup database that will be imported on the new server).
Thank you for your understanding. Let's hope we fix this quickly.
PS: Side note about the multiplayer. Instead of a few issues due to the server crash (including charge lost), so far everything seemed to go really fine, buff work, and processing reward were super smooth, not cluttering the server.

Multiplayer Test Today & What's Next
Greeting Dear Farmers,
Today "hopefully" is the final Test on the multiplayer, it will run ~10 days, and we will throw a bunch of Soul so you can buff the boss, so we are sure everything goes fine. At the end, you will claim 5000 Soul as a Season reward to test this part as well.
If everything goes fine, we will announce the Season 1 start as well as the game coming out of early access in August-September, both together.
What's Next:
V1.0 doesn't mean that the game is finished, it means that it is polished & balanced enough to be out of early access.
Right now we are already going to start to work on a big new feature (which might come either early game, so like Farming anyone can use it, and it will give progressive rewards up to ~A#20 when it starts throwing stronger & stronger bonuses).
There are also 2 Major endgame features also planned that we will work on after this one is released, which are definitely A#20+.
Then we will be preparing a massive Transcendence system (likely between A#50-100, depending on where the content above brings everyone). This could afraid a few people, but rest assured that just like Ascension, it will come with even BIGGER feature available right from the start, meaning you will focus on those, making the game fly. A huge amount of new QoL, perk/upgrade available earlier etc. This one will take a lot of time to prepare, but it will definitely be done the way players will love it don't worry.
