Fight Fires, Rescue People - and Cats!
Your responsibilities as a firefighter include, well... firefighting, of course, as well as mitigation of hazardous, obstructive materials on the road (like trees or oil spills), and technical rescue of injured passengers in a car crash. More than that, a good firefighter also responds to helpless kittens stuck in trees. So, put up a ladder and save the cat!
When it comes to fires in the area, extinguish rising flames by hand or from the safety of the fire truck. Pallets, containers, bales, or fields catch on fire from time to time (change the frequency of occurrence in the settings). When oil is spilled, fallen trees block the road, or a car crash occurred, you have to secure the area, first.
Specialized Firetrucks & Tools
You can't dispatch to emergencies without proper vehicles and tools, can you? Included in the Emergency Pack are the authentically digitized HLF20 and TLF3000 firetrucks by German manufacturer Schlingmann. With specialized tools, you eliminate dangerous materials or obstacles and cut free passengers trapped in automobiles.
Need reinforcements? Play the Emergency Pack with your friends, as the trucks can seat up to nine virtual firefighters and volunteers (multi-passenger script of the Kubota Pack required). And if those ten missions are not enough, additional scenarios can be created via mods, allowing you to create your own missions.

Patch 1.13.1 Now Available For Farming Simulator 22!
Please Note! The patch is currently being rolled out across platforms. It can take a couple of hours until the update becomes available on your system. Crossplay services may be affected in the meantime.
Patch 1.13.1 for Farming Simulator 22 is now available to download on PC and consoles. Not only does this update prepare your game for the upcoming launch of our Premium Expansion, it also brings you a new outfit: the Firefighting suit.

Carrots, parsnips, and red beet com with the Premium Expansion for Farming Simulator 22 on November 14th. We already previewed the former two crops, and if you missed it, click the links to catch up! Let's continue with red beet and take a look at the third new crop type.
Crop Type Info: Red Beet
Red beet (also known as beetroot) is a root vegetable you can instantly identify by its vibrant crimson color. If you taste it, by the earthy, sweet flavor. Red beet is enjoyed both raw and cooked in various culinary dishes, and it's what gives Red Velvet Cakes their distinct red color!
The crop is rich in essential nutrients, including fiber, vitamins, and minerals. That's why it's often used as a nutritious addition to salads, soups, and a variety of side dishes. Juice, too. It's healthy and provides antioxidants.
Cooking with red beet - how about burgers?
Here are some dishes you can try with red beet as a main ingredient: red beet salad, red beet risotto, red beet carpaccio, or red beet hummus! How about vegetarian red beet burgers, even?
Grate peeled beets, onion, and garlic in a large mixing bowl, add olive oil, eggs, and rolled oats or something with a similar texture, and after the oats soaked up the liquids, you season the mixture with salt and pepper, or whatever spices you see fit. Now, you can shape patties with your hands and fry them in the pan. It's easy, red, and delicious.
Red Beet: Machines To Plant & Harvest
Similar to carrots and parsnips, red beet profit from you using the new field working step to create ridges before sowing. Apart from that, the process should feel familiar:
After plowing the field, and before sowing red beet, you create ridges using ridge formers (or 'rotary hillers'). This improves your yield, and counts towards the full stage of fertilization.
Not just the ridge formers like the GRIMME GF 400 & 800 are new with the Premium Expansion. We add seeders like the Kverneland Miniair Nova series.
You can choose from different sizes of harvesters: Operate the Dewulf ZKIVSE, a self-propelled 4-row top lifting harvester with discharge elevator (shown here while harvesting carrots) ...
... or a smaller, more affordable and trailed top lifting harvester like the Dewulf GBC. There's a harvester for every farming operation and their financial situation. Don't forget, that you can lease them, if you just want to try them out!

Atop more than 400 machines of the base game, the Premium Expansion adds over 35 new items from newcomer manufacturers Dewulf, Gorenc, Agrio & WIFO, plus even more machines by BEDNAR, Fiat, GRIMME, Kverneland, SaMASZ & others. The new additions also push the number of available real-world brands and their authentically digitized machines in Farming Simulator 22 to over 150.
Carrots, parsnips, and red beet are soon options for your virtual farm, when the Premium Expansion for Farming Simulator 22 launches on November 14th. We already took a look at carrots. Let's continue with parsnips!
Crop Type Info: Parsnips
Depending on where you live, parsnips might be more or less common. It's a versatile root vegetable. Creamy-white color and sweet, earthy flavor. Parsnips are often used in cooking for their hearty texture and slightly nutty taste. No surprise that the resident businesses of Zielonka, the new map of the Premium Expansion, process the crop to create delicious food items.
Need inspiration to cook with parsnips?
There's almost nothing you can't do with parsnips. You can, in almost every case, substitute carrots or potatoes and similar vegetables in your favorite recipes with parsnips!
Try parsnip soup, parsnip fries, parsnip risotto, parsnip gratin, parsnip purée. Mash them, fry them, glaze them with honey, or EAT THEM RAW (in a salad with apples and carrots, for example. Don't be weird.)
Machines To Plant & Harvest Parsnips

The Charm of Central European Farming
Zielonka expresses the flair of Germany’s neighbors, drawing inspiration from countries like Poland and the Czech Republic. Not only does it offer a picturesque landscape around a remote and quaint village, it also has fertile ground to cultivate the new vegetable crops.
With carrots, parsnips, and red beet, the Premium Expansion brings the total count of arable crops in Farming Simulator 22 to twenty. Of course, new machines and tools like specialized harvesters to handle the additions become available with the expansion, too.
Home of Pianos & Vegetable Exports
Above all, a renowned piano manufacturer is resident alongside other traditional businesses in Zielonka. You may profit heavily from supporting the construction of classical keyboard instruments: By supplying wood, every piano built becomes a source of revenue for the discerning farmer. Have fun with this new production chain!
There are new factories, too: Focusing on vegetables, the potato production plant produces crispy potato chips, the preserved food factory canned goods, while the beloved soup factory called “Zup, Zup, Zup” specializes in liquid food. All of them reward you with increased income for delivering produce.
