Greetings to all and this is the first developers diary. In which we would like to share with our players, what we are working on now and what will appear in the game soon.

BETA


First, in the near future, we plan to open a “beta branch” of our game, where everyone can play on the new hero (Berserk) and try new items and mechanics.
We hope to collect statistics and your feedback, and we hope that it will be interesting for you to take part in it. Although who does not want to try the Berserk and new items;)
New content in Beta will be available in English, Russian and maybe French.

NEW FEATURE


Well, secondly, we are now working on a system under the temporary name - Forecaster
If you briefly describe this system, it will be:
After defeating each of the bosses, you get to Forecaster, which will allow you to:

  • Fully restore the health of the character - 1 FP (Fate Points)
  • Exile any card from the deck - 1 FP
  • Take one of the “Tarot cards” (3 random cards, from which you need to
    choose one). “Tarot cards” work as passive ability - 4 FP
  • Increase the maximum HP by 1 - 3 FP
  • Delve a Legendary Item - 2 FP
  • Delve a Heroic Skill - 4 FP

After defeating the boss you get - 5 FP
All not spent FP burn.

All that has been described above so far, which is in the process of discussion, planning and prototyping. But in any case it will be in the game, in some form.
Since this system allows you to add the functionality that many players are asking for: passive abilities, increasing the maximum HP and the ability to exile cards from your deck.

Comment: First Weapon-Skill card. Worse against Ethereal creatures but additional synergy with Arcane Blade, Battle Mage and some cards that we plan to add in the future.

Arcane Intellect
Choose One - Draw a card; Gain 5 Experience. -> Choose One - Draw a card; Gain 3 Experience.

Nature's Spirit
Choose One - Restore 1 HP; You lose 2 HP and draw 4 cards. -> Choose One - Restore 1 HP; Draw 3 cards. Draw 1 less card next turn.

Flashback
Return target Skill card from your discard, to your hand. -> Return target non-Heroic Skill card from your discard, to your hand.

Tutor
Search your deck for a card and put that card into your hand. Then shuffle your deck -> Search your deck for a card and put that card into your hand. Then shuffle your deck. You lose 1 HP.

RAIDER


Sneak
Delve an Item card. -> Delve an Item card. Exile the top card from your deck.

Grim Harvest
Shuffle 7 Soul Stones to your deck. Gain 10 Experience. -> One Use. Shuffle 10 Soul Stones to your deck. Gain 10 Experience.

Greed
Draw 2 cards. If your deck has 15 or more cards, you draw 2 additional cards and lose 2 HP. -> Draw a cards. If your deck has 15 or more cards, you draw 2 additional cards and lose 2 HP.
Comment: Card Advantage only for “big deck”

Elemental Staff
Choose One - Draw 3 cards then discard a card at random; Deal 1-3 damage to a random creature -> Choose One - Draw 2 cards then discard a card at random; Deal 2-4 damage to a random creature
Comment: Easy +1 Card Advantage (CA) so we decided to change this card. Now it does not give the CA, but it gives a deck cycling, and we have “buff” the second option of this card.

Parasite Blade
Deal 3 damage to a creature. Exile the top card from deck and add copy of this card to your deck. -> Deal 4 damage to a creature. Exile the top card from deck and add copy of this card to your deck.

Throwing Axe
Upgrade buffed: 3-4/4-5/4-5 -> 4/5/6

Dagger
Deal 2 damage to a creature -> Critical Strike. Deal 2 damage to a creature.

Heavy Axe
Deal 1 damage to a creature. If your deck has 15 or more cards, deal 5 damage instead -> Deal 2 damage to a creature. If your deck has 15 or more cards, deal 5 damage instead.

MISC


Assortment of the merchant for 25 gold is increased. Now for 25 gold you can buy: Skull Crusher, Elemental Staff, Blood Drinker, Bane of the Meek, Parasite Blade, Troll сlub, Teleport Scroll, Raiders Hand, Spy Mask, Necronomicon, Pandora's Box, Gravedigger Spade

The chance of getting a Treasure Chest is slightly reduced.

Now all changes in the starting deck are saved.

Reinforcements
Now, reinforcements do not appear on 1st, 2nd and 3rd turn.
The chance of reinforcements appearance on the 5th turn is increased.
Comment: We hope that such changes will help players create more defensive decks.
