DOCTOR: - The doctor can no longer go to the same house 2 times in a row
POLICE: - The Police can't block the same person 2 times in a row
CLEANER: - Now you will not see it during the night if a cleaner cleans you and its effect stays forever. Also if that cleaned player is investigated or snitched only a yellow question mark will be seen. So now cleaner can clean his imposter buddy to keep him out of harm's way or clean innocents to make it look like they are a cleaned impostor 🙂
SERIAL KILLER: The role of the person killed by a serial killer will always appear as an unknown yellow question mark.
BOMBER: The bomber will not be able to be blocked by the police when he tries to blow up his bombs.
THIEF: When the thief steals the bomber role he steals also all of his bombs that he already placed in other houses. However, don't be afraid if there is also a bomb in your house. You will detonate all of your bombs except the one that is placed in your own house. When the investigator role is stolen by the thief, it will also steal all of the information cards that the investigator already has.
INSANE: Insane infrastructure has been upgraded. Now if an insane doctor visits a player, he sees that the insane doctor arrives at the house. So now the doctor will not be able to understand that he is not insane when he is seen. The insane role can also think now that he is a snitch. When a lookout saw a lot of people visiting a house, he immediately thought he was insane. Now the number of players that the insane lookout sees is reduced to solve this issue.
PROVOKER: If the provoker stays alone with the impostor at the end of the game and if he provokes the traitor that night, the provoker won't be hanged anymore. So he can win by voting the impostor out. If the provoker uses his role and if that person dies that night the provoker does not lose one of his provoking rights.
TRAPPER: The location of the trap set by the trapper will always be in front of the door, so there will be no visual error of being trapped behind the house and missing that information in case you were not paying attention.
GENERAL:
A special star is added next to the moderator's name so it is more visible now. There is also a small icon added next to the player's his/her character in the game. Now dead players see both the insane role and the role that the insane players think he is. Dead players see also bombs that are already planted or if a person is blamed by the blamer. Dead players can now also see how many rights the roles such as provoker, snitch, blamer, or survivor have left. The information of the person joining the lobby is shared in the lobby chat. The character walking animation has been made smoother. In terms of using the roles, the ranking is now randomized every turn, and the same roles, impostor or innocent, will have a different priority each turn. So for example, if 2 police try to block each other, every round the outcome can be different.
We also made some minor improvements and fixed a lot of bugs: Infinite sending error in bug reporting tool has been fixed Bug reporting tool not showing sent feedback has been fixed Fixed a bug where you could not cast votes in the next round if you tried to vote for a house during the animation. Role usage infrastructure has been improved which solved minor bugs on role usage at night. The connection infrastructure has been improved which solved the disconnection problem experienced by players with low processor power. Fixed a bug that caused players leaving the game to be seen as a white role in the endgame panel. Fixed the bug that caused insane or doctors to be seen sometimes as a red insane or red doctor role when they are blamed.
What is next on Feign ?
As you know we are working hard to keep the game balanced, also we are listening to our community, adding new features, and solving major and minor bugs that happen along the way. We have limited resources as an indie game company so we plan very carefully. Today we wanted to share here a section of our high-level planning of Feign.
We launched the global chat with auto-translate feature back on February 18th. This week we will launch a new major update where we nerfed and buffed many of the game roles to balance imposters, innocents, and neutrals.
After this major update, we will launch in a short time new character pack. As the 4th step, we will be releasing Feign mobile including also all these crucial updates.

Hello Everyone, As you know we recently introduced our community to the new game mode where you can play with anyone around the world even if you don't know their language with the help of the auto-translate chat feature. However, we realized that waiting for 12 people in the lobby might take a little bit too long sometimes :) So we reduced these game lobbies to start at 8 people. However in normal custom lobbies and private lobbies you can still play together with up to 12 people.
So full list of bugs and fixes are listed below:
The global lobby size has been reduced to 8 people.
When players log in to global lobbies, the number of users required for the game to start automatically is reported in the chat.
Fixed a bug where anyone could join private lobbies.
Fixed a bug where sometimes players could not load the lobby, preventing the game from starting.
Fixed the single-player lobby issue that remained open despite all players exiting.
Fixed a bug that caused players to be able to enter full rooms.
Fixed a bug that sometimes caused users with 32-bit CPUs to be unable to launch the game.

Hotfix v.0.2.1
In this hotfix, we solved a bug that sometimes caused global lobbies not to start even if there are 12 people in the lobby. We also ordered the lobbies in the Join section of custom lobbies. Now Global Lobbies are shown on the top part of the custom lobbies list. We solved a bug that hindered system messages to appear to current players and we fixed a minor bug that caused performance issues while opening and closing the new chat section during the game.

This Quick Play game mode will put you in an official lobby where you will play with random players around the world using only in-game written chat. The role order of Insane is improved. Now it is executed in the order of the role that the insane thinks he or she is. Previously because of this bug if the insane thinks he is a cop and sees that the doctor visits him before he performs his role he knew that he is insane for sure. Now his insane character will perform his role in the right order.
Now Lookout role sees also insane when both visit the same house in the same round
Fixed a bug that caused the whole town to wait on the person that just left or dropped from the game during game start. So no more waiting on a vote of a dropped player 🙂

Do you want to play together with players around the world even if you don't know how to understand their language? Do you want to join an official game that you can join easily and play without the hustle of joining any voice channels? Then you should try our brand new game mode for sure: QUICK PLAY with Auto Translation Chat Feature (Beta)
This game mode will put you in an official lobby where you will play with random players around the world using only in-game written chat.
Don't worry you don't need any translator because this game mode also has an Auto Translation Chat Feature enabled. You will see the whole chat translated to your own language during the game no matter who wrote in which language. This feature is still in beta so please go tell us any improvement areas you can see about it. There might be some changes for the core of this feature along the way already.
QUICK PLAY
It is also very easy to start playing in this new game mode. You go to the main menu and click on the QUICK PLAY button.
Then the game will put you in one of the chat-only global lobbies. The game will start automatically when there are 12 people in the lobby. In this new game mode, there is no host of the lobby and for now, you will only play with roles that are set as default in the game lobby. Auto Translation Chat Feature will be active in both the lobby chat window and also in-game chat window, so do not hesitate to type in your own language. Everyone will see it translated in his/her own language.
