Status System Changes and Bug-fixes
Fixed a bug where the skill tree wouldn't update the player's level when opened.
Changed status particles to only play when status is initially applied. Fixed a bug where chill would only apply for two seconds instead of three. Added a particle for poison. Players can no longer slide while afflicted by a status effect. Reduced how frequently enemies apply status to you.
Fixed a bug where the fishing line on the fishing pole was invisible.
Achievements Update - Painless Edition
In accordance to feedback from players, added 26 achievements and added an in-game UI to display those achievements. This edition is designed to further assist in giving players direction, a set of goals, and to help players discern whether they have completed everything the game has to offer.
Changed cold damage to be a slow rather than a damage boost.
Made end game levels more difficult because game was beatable at only level 10 in testing.
Fixed a bug with explosion particles and shock particles capping out way too soon and preventing further particles from displaying. When shocked, will now play the shock particle. When chilled, will now play the chilled particle.
Changed the appearance of some UI elements. Changed the appearance of the bible. Changed the appearance of the pistol and the animation that's played when firing.
All spell exclusive attacks and abilities are now equipable as weapons again. This change opens up the possibility of some new fun builds.
Bug Hotfixes
Fixed a game breaking bug that caused physical damage to deal zero damage. Fixed a bug in the boss room that caused the indicator to not work.
Rebalanced starting level difficulty to be easier for new players. Fixed the appearance of the stairway to heaven level. Fixed a material in the maze level.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a missing material on the island level.
Fixed explosive damage. Lowered base status chance from 1% to 0%. Made it so ai enemies pick one status type to deal.
Made Satan light beam indicator red.
Fixed a bug where damage indicator would persist after death. Fixed a bug where damage indicator would point towards dead enemies.
Added more framework for an upcoming capture the flag pvp battleground.
Difficulty Increase
The dual-wielding update doubled the damage output of the player; this change trivialized enemies. Base attack speed lowered and enemies' defenses doubled.
Added a fountain and other visual improvements to Eden.
Fixed and changed the appearance of the incoming damage indicator for both players and enemies.
Added a cooldown indicator for spells.
When doing professions, added recoil to tools.

Fixed Profession System
Fixed a bug where the gathering animation would play over and over again.
Networking and Server Update
Added networking buffer to compensate for dropped packets. Movement is now much smoother server-side. Server optimization results in less of a server slow down at high load. Fixed a bug where players wouldn't connect properly or would get replaced by an ai. Removed in-game bug logging messages.
Bug Hotfix
Fixed a bug where the boss would think he was in a safe zone and not fire.
Movement and Netcode Overhaul
Overhauled and bug-fixed the movement and animation system as well as the game's net-code. Fixed the loading screen transition and improved load times.
Fixed bugs with player movement where player movement would become unstable at low framerates. Smoothed out the animation system. Fixed a bug where the camera would be one frame behind the player's position. Fixed a bug where networked players that are shooting bullets would always target you. Fixed a bug where bullets would appear to go through walls despite not doing damage on the other side. Fixed a bug where enemy players of the passive faction could hurt you. Fixed a bug where the client would predict other players to be firing their weapons in safe zones. Fixed a bug where enemy player's flag would not update with their faction. Fixed a bug where some incorrect stats would come over the network. Fixed sound effect bugs. Fixed a bug where you wouldn't respawn properly when killed in Eden. Fixed how you return to Eden. Fixed player acceleration offset and rotation. Reworked how hip spring works. Reworked network prediction dampening. Networking packet cashing and delay system coming soon. Added a system of keeping server time to throw out old packets on the server and client. Reduced memory usage when writing new packets to send to the server. Reduced packet size for all packet types.
