Script Fault Errors in Training Modules
Dear Players,

It has come to our attention that some of you are experiencing issues with using some DLC content packs for Fritz Chess. If you are seeing this happening while trying to access the content, please send a screenshot to Jason.Carver@encore.com with any other information about what you were doing at the time, and I will pass this information onto our QA Team. Sorry for the issues this has caused and thank you for your assistance in helping us get to the bottom of this!

Can't get the game to launch? Here is a new suggestion!

Follow-up to incorrect serial keys announcement
Dear Fans.

I hope everyone is enjoying Fritz Chess 14. I am posting this as an update to an earlier post I had put regarding incorrect serial keys that have been distributed through the Steam Client. I've been getting some emails regarding incorrect keys when they are correct. The most common mistake that is being made is that the security characters are not being entered into the box correctly. Also, when the serial key box pops up and you get a notice from your firewall, please don't block it otherwise the activation process won't work correctly.

If you have any questions about this please post in the forums and I would be happy to address them.

Wrong Serial Key? Please email me for the correct one
Dear Players,

It has come to our attention that 5 of our key codes for this application are bad and displaying in the wrong format. If you were one of the 5 people to have this incident happen to you , please email me a screenshot showing the wrong format serial code, I will confirm this with the table of bad keys , and I will issue you the right key upon verification. We are also working on correcting this incident as well.

Getting Acitvation key errors? Here is what you need to do.
While I've outlined in the forums on how to deactivate your product, in the event that you get the error that says " key is already used " please visit the Chessbase website at http://en.chessbase.com/support and supply your serial code. Under the game list choose Deep Fritz 14. Explain to them your activation limit has been exceeded and they will look at your issue and extend your activation count on a case by case basis. Remember to use the deactivate button when you plan on reformatting your computer or moving the game to another one
