Sorry for a slightly delayed update, the new build was available since morning.
So, to the changes!
- Bandits and other survivors. This is the very first iteration of the human enemies, so far the have only melee weapons and mostly hostile to the player, but they can open doors ( even locked on latches) and fight with the hybrids. There is also a couple of friendly NPCs you can talk to, though, if you attack them they will also become hostile.
-Traps. You can craft and place different kinds of traps:
Bear Trap
Land Mine Trap
Hand Grenade Trap
Nail Bomb Trap
Some traps can be triggered by throwing a bottle, a brick or a stone.
-Watchtower, this is a new structure available to build in the building section
-Berry Bush, a natural source of the cure for poisoning. Less effective than Activated Carbon, but more common especially in the forest locations.
-Towels, handkerchiefs and tablecloths to stop bleeding
- Craftable Crossbow and Bolts
-Bricks, stones and empty bottles can be used to distract enemies
-Two new locations
-Separate build for 32 and 64 processors
-Mac users can toggle Run/Walk by pressing “Z” button, just in case you “CapsLock” isn’t working
-If you experimented with the Settings.txt file and the game is not working simply delete the file.
- Medkits can also cure poisoning
- Craftable Lockpicks are now available in the crafting section
