Gas Station Simulator ā Tidal Wave DLC is comingš
Yes, you read that right ā the whole DRAGO entertainment team is thrilled to announce the new addition to the Gas Station Simulator universe. Gas Jockeys, welcome the Tidal Wave DLC.
Key features š
Pay attention to the Godās mood ā Experience the wrath and benevolence of Chunchumanchu with the revolutionary Volcano Meter. This unique gauge serves as a direct reflection of the god's mood. As time passes or customer dissatisfaction mounts, Chunchumanchu's anger will grow, bringing unforeseen challenges to your island oasis.
Keep up the harmony ā Balance the island's precarious harmony by performing sacred offerings at the altar. Toss coconuts, shells, or other items into the caldera to appease Chunchumanchu. Each action carries a distinct impact on lowering the god's anger and preserving your business.
Expand in the way you want to ā In Tidal Wave, players will have the unique opportunity to freely expand their Gas Station empire. No objective limitations ā just you and your money.
Face the consequences of your actions ā Fail to maintain the god's favor, and prepare for a cataclysmic eruption that transforms your paradise into a fiery hellscape. Business will grind to a halt and customers will flee in terror. Can you keep Chunchumanchu at bay?
Mortal Business Logic ā Equip your Gas Station and other structures wisely. Neglecting proper maintenance can lead to accidents, resulting in the escalation of Chunchumanchu's anger. Monitor equipment durability carefully to minimize risks.
Engage with a variety of different activities ā Diversify your repertoire by providing scuba diving and surfing rentals. But beware, equipment neglect can lead to accidents that will directly affect the Volcano meter's volatile mood swings.
Confront threats that lurk in the ocean ā A lurking shark adds an element of danger as it occasionally targets your customers. Quickly react by throwing objects or deploying underwater mines to protect your patrons and profits.
And much, much more ā Fuel jet skis, receive cargo by boat, and confront unexpected weather phenomena such as gray sandstorms and thunders, making each day on the island a new challenge.
Weāve also just revealed the Steam page for our upcoming DLC, so if you donāt want to miss any future updates, consider adding it to your wishlist š

Before we jump in, weād like to thank you for all of the comments that weāve recently received. Your constant support, feedback, and the fact that you cannot wait for this update to come to life are pushing us forward on this journey, and weāre so thankful for that. ā¤ļø
But enough talkinā. We know you are eagerly waiting for some exciting news so we wonāt bother you any longer, folks! Without further ado, letās jump into the devlog!
What actually is tools migration? š
For those of you who are not familiar, in order to further customize your station you need to own the Gas Station Simulator: Can Touch This DLC. Having this DLC present in your Steam library allows you to customize roofs, floors, and even walls with a variety of different styles and decals (Christmas, Valentines, etc.)
On the other hand, bear in mind that to unlock additional roofs, floors, doors, windows, decals, and more, youāll still need to own a Gas Station Simulator: Can Touch This DLC.
Ok, now it's time to tell you a little bit more about what exactly those tools will allow you to do in our game. Letās roll!
Hammer tool šØ
Stopā¦ Itās hammer time! With the hammer tool available in Gas Station Simulator, youāll be able to change the positions of the cash register, trash can, walls, windows, doors. You will also be able to adjust queue placements ā how cool is that!
Decal gun š«
With the decal gun youāll be able to create your own text that you can use later on to decorate your station in whatever way you want ā letās show Dennis a true display of skill.
Vacuum tool šŖļø
As we stated in one of our recent announcements ā the vacuum tool is getting an upgrade, so it wonāt leave trash bags anymore ā just you and your shiny gas station āØ
What is yet to come?
Before we finish today's short announcement, weād like to let you know that you can expect another devlog coming next Friday. Weāll talk about the genesis of the employee update, and we might have a cool surprise for you. We cannot say more for now, so unfortunately you have to wait untill next Friday to find out what it might be. You can also try to guess in the comments ā let us see those comments!
Stay up-to-date
And that would be it, gas jockeys! Once again, weād like to thank you for the feedback that youāve been giving us. Having said that, weāre open to any suggestions and ideas regarding the game, so donāt hesitate to share those in the comments section below.
Manage your way up to the top - Scheduling System Devlog
Hey there!
Weāre here to make your life in Dust Bowl much easier - managing a whole gas empire would be difficult without help of your employees, wouldnāt it? Well, the news is that with the upcoming Employee Update things are about to get much smoother - today weāre talking about a whole new Scheduling System.
Grab yourself some coffee or tea, and letās roll!
UI-wise we decided to make it clear and simple - no excel spreadsheets, no meetings that couldāve been an e-mail, no corporate atmosphere. Just you, your employees, and your task manager.
Starting with the left side, you can access all the info about your employee - itās important to get to know them better, right?
Other than their backstory, you can also access your employeeās skill levels here - how convenient!
Next up we have those two buttons:
The orange one sends your employee back to their camper - letās say Riccardo getās stuck. What do I do? I just press the button resetting his position, so he can get back to work. The red button can be used to fire your employee whenever youāre not happy with them - damn, letās hope you wonāt have to use it.
And hereās our favorite part of the whole system - task management:
You can task your employee with two different actions at a time - the upper one will have a higher priority, which means the lower one will be executed once the employee is done with the other activity.
In this example Riccardo will be fueling cars whenever thereās a client waiting to get it done - if nobodyās waiting, heāll be repairing cars instead.
IMPORTANT: You can see a little checkbox next to the tasks - it allows you to activate and deactivate actions. If both of the actions are inactive, the employee will return to their camper. Deactivating the action with the higher priority automatically deactivates the other activity as well.
Now, for the finance-management part, we have employeeās salary. Whenever they are doing their job, they accumulate a certain amount of money they will have to be paid whenever they go on a break in order for them to come back to work. The yellow button with a star means you can give your employee a bonus that will replenish their stamina bar and allow them to work overhours.
And last, but not least - we have two different shifts now!
Here you can choose whether the employee is gonna work night shifts or day shifts on your station (or both if you give them a bonus salary).
On the right side you also can see how much you have to pay your employee at the end of their shift - if the checkbox is ticked, the game will automatically pay the salary with your funds.
And thatās it for today! Stay tuned for the rest of the devlogs regarding The Employee Update!
By the way, you should definitely check out our Airstrip DLC, and also Car For Sale Simulator if you want to have some more time while waiting for the Employee Update!
Let's talk about the employee update... Also, we're doing a GIVEAWAY!
Hey, Gas Jockeys!
First things first, so before we jump into the employee update, we just wanted to thank you for all of your comments regarding the whole thing. It's really heartwarming to see how invested in GSS you guys are.
Without further ado - let's go!
What's gonna change with the Employee Update? š„
In this devlog we'll briefly talk about everything that's going to change - we'll get into all the details in the future posts tho, so stay tuned!
With this update, we've gathered your feedback from the past months, and decided to give you what you guys want. The whole thing can be divided into three major changes - new employees, employee scheduling system, and tools migration.
New Employees š§
We decided that having only 6 employee options to choose from might be not enough if you're building your own Gas Empire. That's why we're adding two potential employees to join your crew. How cool is that? š
Employee Scheduling System š
It's a huge feature that will help you manage your gas station, increasing the efficency of your actions. You will be able to give specific tasks to different employees, so they can help you with running your station.
Spoiler: There's a task priority list as well - you can task your crew with multiple things that will be taken care of one after another!
Tools Migration & Changes š ļø
What does "Tools Migration" mean? Well - we're not gonna reveal it just yet. It would take away from the final surprise, so you're gonna have to wait a bit more for that. Can you guess tho?
Also, the Vacuum tool will get an upgrade, so it doesn't leave thrash bags for you to take out. It's like having a mini black hole for you to clean up - how cool is that?
šGiveaway is happening! š
We like to keep things intense in the second part of the year - there's a lot more to come, but in the meantime, we've prepared a quick giveaway for you!
You have time till the end of September 4th to win a steam giftcard!
Let me start by saying that if you follow us on our social media platforms such as [Twitter (or x.com)], [Facebook] or [Instagram], you've already seen this teaser. Not to be rude or anything, but you should definitely click on those links and become a member of our community. ĖsteammockingĖ
You can be sure that we're listening to your feedback - it's impossible to make things happen with a snap of a finger, but we're doing our best to keep the game nice and updated for you. We're here if you want to share any feedback you might have - it doesn't matter if it's positive or negative.
You guys have been asking for some changes regarding the employee system, and we're here to deliver. We're not telling you about it yet. It wouldn't be fun to just let you know what are the improvements, would it? ĖsteamboredĖ
Stay tuned, because in a couple of days we'll share everything with you!
All the best, Roumyan, the Head of Social Media at DRAGO entertainment
P.S. There's more exciting stuff to come after the employee update. Do you guys want a roadmap?
The Chronicles of Dennis - From Gas Station Simulator to Food Truck Simulator
Hey, Gas Jockeys!
In our last short announcement, weāve introduced to you some of our other titles that we currently have in our portfolio. Today, however, weād like to focus a little bit more on one peculiar character that everyone loves (right?) ā Dennis. We'll dive into the intriguing background story, so buckle up, grab your favorite snack, and embark with us on a journey as we explore the transformation of Dennis from a young troublemaker at the gas station to an entrepreneur with his own food truck business in the city.
The Mischievous Young Boy at the Gas Station
In the early days of Gas Station Simulator, players encountered a mischievous young boy named Dennis. He was a clever troublemaker who enjoyed playing pranks on the station's staff. Denis always had a way of making the gas station a chaotic but fun place. Wellā¦ Depending on what fun means to you, of course.
A Farewell to the Gas Station
After spending a significant amount of time at the station, Dennis realized that he wanted something more out of life. The gas station environment, while familiar and comfortable, couldn't quench his thirst for new experiences and opportunities. He wanted to explore the bustling city, broaden his horizons, and seek out a different path.
An Ambitious Venture
Determined to find his own place in the world, Dennis bid farewell to the gas station and embarked on a thrilling adventure to the city. Leaving behind memories of his playful shenanigans, he sought to establish himself in a brand new career.
Food Truck Aspiration
In the heart of the city, Dennis stumbled upon a vibrant street food scene. The tantalizing aromas, the lively atmosphere, and the creative freedom of food trucks ignited a spark within him. He knew he had found his calling. He answered a call from inside and decided to start his own food truck business.
Food Truck Simulator
In Food Truck Simulator, players now encounter an older, more mature Dennis, the proud owner of his thriving Food Truck business. He has built a reputation for serving delectable and innovative dishes from his food truck, capturing the hearts and taste buds of the city's food enthusiasts.
A Beloved Figure
As players progress through the game, they encounter Dennis a couple of times. However, he is different right now ā rather than being a pain in the ass, heās now your rival in the food truck underworld. He even decided to burn your Food Truck in order to achieve his goals of becoming more popular than you.
Food Truck Simulator update
With that story finished, we right now would like to let you know about update for the Food Truck Simulator. Weāve managed to adjust a sushi mini-game, so for those of you who found it a little bit challenging it should be way easier right now to complete it. Additionally, sushi minigame buttons are now rebindable. THAT'S RIGHT! That means you should be able to play it on any keyboard you want!
For those who aren't familiar, Gas Station Simulator is a simulation game that lets you build and manage your own gas station business. However, the Airstrip DLC introduces a whole new level of gameplay, taking the experience to new heights ā literally!
Setting the Stage
With the Airstrip DLC, players have the opportunity to expand their gas station empire by adding an airstrip to their property. This means you're not just a gas station owner anymore; you're also responsible for managing the operations of a small regional airport. The DLC brings a unique blend of tasks, challenges, and rewards that will keep players engaged for hours.
If youāre a huge fan of airplanes, you might be interested in our two other titles that have in our portfolio ā Airport Contraband and American Airport Simulator. As you might have noticed already, Airport Contraband took a little different approach than it was initially planned, but more on that can be found on the brand-new Airport Contrabandās Steam page.
American Airport Simulator is an engaging and immersive simulation game that puts you in control of managing a bustling airport in the United States. The game offers an authentic experience that challenges players to handle the complexities of running a modern airport efficiently and effectively.
As the airport manager, you'll take charge of every aspect of airport operations, from designing the layout to overseeing day-to-day activities. The game provides a realistic and detailed environment, featuring a variety of aircraft, buildings, and ground vehicles.
And guess what? We also have some fresh screenshots to share with ya! If you wanna check them, donāt hesitate and go to the American Airport Simulatorās Steam page.
