Thanks to everyone for your three and a half years of support since the game's launch! To everyone, whether you downloaded the game when it was free or bought all the DLC when it launched, I'm sincerely grateful for you joining us on Sam's adventure.
In this update, we've upgraded everyone's copies of the game to include both DLC story chapters going forward—I want everyone to get to experience the full story of Get in the Car, Loser! including Battle on the Big Boardwalk and The Fate of Another World, which I think has some of the best parts of the game in them, working on those two extra stories is when the whole team really hit our stride. Going forward, all copies of the game sold will include both these chapters! These chapters have hours of content, and they're just as important to the story as what was in the base game... more importantly, though, I just want everyone to play them! 🙏
Since all copies now include these chapters, we're also retiring the redundant DLC and increasing the price to match the length of the game. I hope everyone enjoys Sam's full adventures meeting Jill on the beach and Emily in another world!

​Well... a minor update for y'all, anyway. For us, oh boy, this one represents a lot of work.
This update brings the game in line with the console ports, including various minor rendering issues, a longstanding issue with Autoheal.app, some deeply obscure crashes, and some performance updates that will be trivial on most computers but very large on lower spec hardware. It also enables a new scaling mode for non-1080p high resolution screens that I think should be good enough in most cases. Plus, we finally implemented some voice barks on game start that we always wanted in there but somehow never had time for until now.

Hey... can you keep a secret? Everyone knows that Sam Anon was the cool goth megababe healer in the party that defeated the Machine Devil, but did you also know her real name is secretly Princess Sam Under Heaven? That's right! The princess herself! She helped keep the party alive and fighting with her support and ravage abilities—who knows what powerful magic you could gain from this trinket of an all new legendary hero? This cute lesbian disaster has famously proven she'll join you on any road trip you tell her to... but getting to spread out her legs and rest at your desk would be nice too.
That's right! We're doing one more plushie in collaboration with Makeship, this one of Sam from Get in the Car, Loser! I've been holding onto the prototype of this one for a bit now and I'm really happy with how she turned out... I wouldn't be making these if I wasn't excited about them too! Man. She's so cute. Look, it's OUR GIRL! ...anyway. The way Makeship works is that they take crowdfunded preorders and only make that many, and they'll need to get 200 orders to make it happen. It'll cost $29.99 and the campaign will be running for all of Pride Month until July 2!

Coming to the Nintendo Switch™ this September, this special edition includes all four chapters of the battle to fight the Machine Devil, plus the bonus beach DLC Battle on the Big Boardwalk, and the culminating final extra story DLC Fate of Another World!
I'm really excited about this one, this is my first-ever console release, so I'm a little starstruck that it's actually real!
Wow, it's been nearly a year since the last time I wrote one of these notes! This update fixes the following issues:
Autoheal app would linger forever on the permissions screen.
Added some guard rails around a rare bug where the K Fatal Crown enemy would perform the ability warning indefinitely, soft locking the game. Since the conditions of the bug couldn't be replicated, if you do still encounter it, any information would be extremely helpful!
Some very short Sam lines of dialogue would render the speech bubble trail wrong.
Various typographical errors.
