In Go Fight Fantastic!, you take control of a crew of intergalactic smugglers, led by the charismatic space dog Captain Bowie. Your mission? To save Bird Planet from an alien invasion! Choose from four unique characters—Tank, Healer, Striker, and Archer—each with their own playstyle and special abilities. Explore six diverse biomes, battle fierce enemies, and take on epic bosses in this beautifully hand-drawn world.

New Patch Now Available!
Hello community!
We wanted to thank you for your engagement and all the valuable feedback regarding the game. Over the past few weeks, we've collected your comments and worked on enhancing your experience with Go Fight Fantastic!

The new patch eliminates a bunch of critical bugs, visual glitches, and runtime errors, introduces improvements in the UI and quality of life, as well as gameplay balancing.
We hope that these changes will allow you to enjoy the game even more.

Changelog


The new patch addresses a total of 68 issues - bug removals and improvements - including:

Balance fixes



  • Meteorite balancing.
  • Boss balancing
  • It should no longer be able to stand inside of Froggy boss in Chapter 1
  • The bombardment in Mausoleum (mid-event in Chapter 2) is now activated on an interval instead of being activated by collider.


New Features



  • Players can now switch characters with keyboard by pressing 1-3, switching to the character corresponding to the character roster created at character selection.
  • Implemented multi-actor conversations, giving the resistance members in Chapter 2 a dialog between themselves.


Visual



  • Fixed multiple occurrences of visual glitches/bugs where environmental objects rendered in front of the player when it shouldn’t


Critical Bugs



  • Fixed game critical bug where the player would die of poison and would no longer be able to be revived.
  • Fixed a possibility to get enormous scores in score screen upon death in Story Mode and Horde Mode
  • Fixed an issue where the players would end up at the wrong position after a cutscene.
  • Fixed several runtime errors.
  • Issue where archers dash got activated in chunk transitions, causing both visual VFX to spawn and meteorite effects to be triggered
  • You can now purchase Zev's doll in the shop.
  • Issue where talking to Wicky in Chapter 6 caused a runtime error which made the character stuck until it pressed the talk button again.


UI



  • Horde Mode High Score list can now be scrolled with a controller
  • Improvements to the Meteorite Station/Forge UI
  • Improvements to cutscene dialogue, adding both an initial delay to progressing the first conversation to avoid accidental first skip,
  • The End nameplate now render above the portraits, so the portrait don’t blocks her nameplate anymore
  • Improvements to settings UI
  • Store now animates skins in the preview window.
  • Fixed bug with Jukebox where it would display multiple songs as possible to be paused, as if they were all playing at the same time
  • Fixed some minor mistakes in the Ships Log archives

The holidays are here! If you haven’t picked your dream destination yet, head to Bird Planet. This beautiful, vibrant homeland of the Bird People is usually peaceful... unless there's an alien invasion happening!



The Goo People are on the attack, and it's up to you to save the Bird People. Buckle up for some fast-paced combat against the enemy forces in this hand-drawn hack-and-slash game with randomly generated levels!

Choose Your Team!



In the game, you select a 3-character team from 4 available heroes, each with unique skills suited for different combat scenarios:

Max Sparcles keeps your team in top shape with Healing Orbs. He can create a Slow Field for tactical advantage, apply Healer's Mark to teammates for positive effects or enemies for negative effects, and his orb companion Aumakuma deals both basic and charged damage.


Super Nova draws enemy attention with her Magnetic Pull, attracting and stunning foes. She can shield you when needed and dash through enemies, dealing damage. Nova excels with a two-handed sword for slashing through enemy ranks.


Dark Matter slices through enemies with rapid, deadly slashes, always appearing where needed. He can teleport to regenerate, then use Blade Throw to return to the fight and strike enemies with Lightning Strike.


Mercury controls the battlefield with arrows from afar, maintaining distance from the fight. When things get intense, she uses her hammer to knock back enemies. If that's not enough, she can dash away and strategically plant bombs for devastating effects.


Jump into Battle



Get ready for adventure, whether you're playing solo or with friends online or locally. In solo mode, you control all three team members, switching between them on the fly to maximize their potential. No matter your preferred play style, expect fast, satisfying combat from start to finish!



Lose Yourself in the Hand-Drawn World



Explore the vividly colorful world of Bird Planet and meet its inhabitants. Traverse various biomes like the vicinity of the bird village, fishing settlements, swamps, and caves, all the way to the mountain peak towering over the land. Encounter numerous colorful and intriguing characters along your journey.



Use Combos



Whether playing solo or with friends, make the most of your team’s abilities to crush enemies swiftly. Use Dark Matter's Lightning Strike on enemies pulled together by Super Nova’s Magnetic Pull, or detonate Mercury's bombs in the Slow Field created by Max Sparcles. Remember, teamwork pays off!



Tweak Your Abilities



When you want to change up your combat style, head to the Meteorite Station on the Ship. There, you can assign previously collected Meteorites to each character. These can alter stats like endurance or attack speed and can completely change the nature of your abilities. How about Max throwing grenades instead of Healing Orbs?



Survive the Waves



For the ultimate challenge, test your skills in Horde Mode. This virtual arena pits you against waves of enemies, from the simplest to the most demanding. The more waves you survive, the tougher the challenges become. Good luck!
