Joining the space ships and lazer beams bandwagon, Goat Simulator released a brand new expansion titled Waste of Space on the 26th of May. In Waste of Space, you get to beat or trick people into crowdfunding you their hard-earned money, and then spend it on your own dreams of being a space McGyver in space or whatever space nerds do instead of huffing paint in their underwear like normal people.
Here are the features:
- Visit space today or get old waiting for that other space game that you already paid for
- Crowdfund a space colony and get other people to pay for it and do all the work!
- Endless space full of planets to visit. but seriously it would take forever to go there so why bother
- There is one planet nearby though. Go to that one
- Fly and shoot stuff in space, because nobody makes games about flying and shooting in space anymore
- Learn how to be a real bridge commander like that spock dude from mars or whatever
- The biggest map in goat simulator history, filled to the brim with all kinds of crazy
- No crew member will be left unromanced ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

GoatZ - new DLC for Goat Simulator!
That’s right. GoatZ is the latest DLC for Goat Simulator and it will be the only survival game on Steam that isn’t in Early Access!*
*not totally sure if this is even true, to be honest we didn’t bother to look it up. But it’s still pretty funny, right?

Features
-Mandatory crafting system because everyone else is doing it
-Zombies that bug out. There’s a pun here about actual living bugs, but we’re not going to bother
-You can craft anything in the world, as long as it’s one of the half dozen weapons in the game
-Zombies, because this is a zombie game, remember?
-A pretty big new map with some stuff in it
-Completely realistic survival mode where you have to eat every damn five minutes to survive because Dean Hall & Garry Newman said so
Tons of unlockable new goats with special powers (wow, never thought I’d ever write that sentence a couple of years ago. Also hi mom)

New patch is out!
You might be wondering why your Steam client is magically updating Goat Simulator. The answer is of course that we just released a new patch!
We've fixed a lot of issues, mainly achievement bugs, quests that didn't work, but we've also added some new achievements and you'll also be able to use the inventory as a mutator on the first two maps as well!
Here are the full patch notes:
General fixes:
The MMO level won’t autostart for new players.
Force Load button on the play menu to load out of date mods.
NPC now goat armor.
Start actor can now be rotated to view class.
XP bar no longer overflows.
Minimap now works for multiple players.
The Portal in Twistram is now open after completing DumbleDoor’s quest.
Resetting game now clears mutators.
Fixed issues with Flappy Goat not rendering.
The inventory is now a mutator that can be used on any map.
Dodo follow up quest now works.
NPC’s also reports as quest items so that you can bring McSlowpants on your inventry to the tavern.

Jousting Goat only granted when goat gets knocked by the horse.
