All things from the early acces roadmap is done and some more too (based on your ideas) and all known bugs and glitches are fixed.
Special thanks to all Early Access players! I read all reviews, discussions you wrote and watched the most gameplay video you made. Your feedback and ideas was great help and support for me!
I will try to fix all the future reported bugs and glitches as soon as possible, but bigger patches will come less frequently. I have already some mid and long-term content plan, but of course I still look forward your ideas too.
0.92 - Hard difficulty and preparing for release
Campaign hard difficulty is added
Need to complete the normal campaign in order to play on hard (if you have the achievement you don't need to do it again)
And a lot of bug fixing, smaller balance and gameplay changes:
Gameplay -Vendor now has unlimited stock and he also trades every time when revisiting him.
-Reveal hex now works 2 range
-Two only-ninja items added to the game
-Increased chance of skill shrine spawning
-Trap hex damage is increased
-Statue spawns chance is increased on higher levels
-The special Troll encounter now only can appear in chapter 2 and chapter 3, and gives more xp
-Character's window health and damage tooltip now contain the information about level up stat increased
Balance -Enemies rebalanced, armor, life, damage and some abilities are modified/added.
-Statue armor bonus increased from 2 to 3
-Wizard Ice spike skill's cooldown is reduced to 3
-Knight's "Reinforced armor" talent armor has increased to +30 armor from +20 armor
-Wizard's "Magic armor" talent armor has increased to +25 armor from +15 armor
-Wizard's Ice form: armor bonus increased from 150 to 200
-Enemy defensive stance skill: armor bonus increased from 70 to 80
-Shaman tier 1 talent and lesser heal skill nerfed a little
-Ancient shield item now give +50% reflect damage if the character has no buff (old version only gave +25%)
Armor buff/debuff values are increased
-Armor weakened now give -60 armor
-Knight "Protection" armor bonus increased from +20 to +25
-Shaman "Stone totem" armor bonus increased from +15 to +20
(and talents's value related to these skills also changed)
Bug fixing -Fixed the ui bug which cause health bar was not updated after passing or bleed effect
-Fixed the bug which cause trap didn't disappear
-On enemy's with Iron will skill now correctly doesn't appear the debuff icon
-Enemy's Frost Blow attack now correctly only damage forward
-Order grid bug fixed (sometimes grid didn't show correctly the current unit)

New class: Ninja
She is a melee fighter with high speed and great damage but she has low health.
Balance changes
Mutant -Mutant character stats changed: now he has 35 health(+5) and 0 armor(-20), but gain 3(+1) hp per level
-Mutant armor's talent also reworked:
Tier1 Armor talent swapped to Toughness (+15% health)
Tier3 Like a mountain: Gain armor bonus equal character's maximum life
Tier4 Berserker: Grant +x% damage (x equal character's max life)
Skills and Buffs -Protection (Knight's Encouraging Shout skill) and Fury (Mutant's Rage skill) last 1 turn longer
-Knight's Encouraging Shout, Mutant's Rage and Shaman's totems now work
without range limitations (effects every ally)
Items changes -Increased spawn chance of armor items.
-Bleed and poison resistant items' value has increased
Gameplay changes and bug fixing -Every character gets 3rd skill on the last battle of the tutorial (or after skip the tutorial)
-Three new enemies added (Please note some new monsters seems stronger than average, but every monster has a hidden "power" number, so strong enemies will be paired with lesser group or weaker group)
-Levels' size slightly increased
-Enemy hex spawn rate slightly increased
-There is chance to smaller group of enemies will spawn, harder enemy groups now give more reward (xp and gold)
-Range Resistance passive skill now works properly
-Fixed trap hex bug in the last chapter.
-New event added: There is a small chance for a very strong troll encounter spawn on the map, which - if you defeat him - give high amounts of gold.
UI -Enemy's Frost Blow skill description now indicates the skill area damage range is 2.
-Enemy skill description now indicates if the skill is passive.
-Fixed the bug, which caused the starter character of the order grid didn't show life value.
-Fixed some glitches on tutorial map's character window
-Reordered skills on the character window (now the first 3 skills are the starter skills)
0.81 - Trap Hex and New Skills
New hex: trap
You can disarm traps by solving a mini puzzle. In case of success, it grants xp otherwise it damages heroes.
New skills:
Wizard - Ice form: Grant very high armor bonus buff and taunt nearby enemies
Mutant - Demoralizing Roar: Slow all enemies
Ranger - Mark the prey: Cause armor debuff to target and grant speed bonus to the caster
Knight - Regeneration: Grant healing over to next 2 turn
Shaman - Primal strike: Prevent all enemies from using active abilities for 2 turns (bosses for 1 turn)
8.0 Balance changes:
Knight -Talents order sightly changed
-Bravery talent armor bonus increased from 30 to 40 armor
-Holy blast skill damage decreased from 150% to 120%, but now also prevent the target from using active abilities for 2 turns
Wizard -Wizard concentrate talents (Positive thoughts, Time domination) also grant +1 speed bonus
Ranger -Smoke bomb skill now finish cooldowns on skills without talent
-Flash from the shadow talent reworked: "While affected by smoke bomb ranger skills have not cooldowns".
Gameplay and bug fixing: -Enemies from now will use stunning and sleeping only if there is a valid target for it
-Enemies from now will use "Lighting strike" area damage spell with maximizing target numbers.
-fixed the ui glitch, which show game mode chooser before choosing game slot
-Chapter 4 sound bug fixed (some sound did not play properly)

New hex: Event
Added some event hex to the first 3 chapters in campaign mode (soon more will be added). These hexes grant some optional bonus or quest with rewards.
Balance changes:
-Wizard - Burning Ground: bonus dmg decreased from 150% to 130%.
-Wizard - Ice Spike skill: bonus dmg increased from 150% to 160%.
-Ranger - Aimed Shot skill: Now cause bleeding to target.
-Ranger - Sudden Shoot skill: bonus dmg decreased from 100% to 120%.
-Knight - Holy shield talent damage percent is increased from 50% to 75%.
-Shaman - Healing totems and Wartime totems talents' bonus increased from 25% to 50%.
Gameplay
-enemy AI movement is improved
-arena vendor has increased chance to sell rare or legendary items
-additional 5 battle music added to the game
-added turn detail for in battle buff tooltip (so it now checkable how long the buff reaming)
-class specific item now will automaticly equipped by the right hero (if she/he has free slot)
Bug fixing:
-Visual of stun effects stuck at the battlefield bug fixed.
-Shaman chapter 4 animations fixed
-Shaman skill change bug fixed
-Shaman's Lesser Heal skills no longer can target enemy
-Ranger's Smoke bomb skill now properly prevent to ranger be targeted
(area dmg skills still can dmg him)

New Items
15 new items added to the game 5 legendary and 10 rare items
Arena mode
New mode added to the game: On the character selection screen new checkbox appears if you got statue bonuses at least 10 times. If checkbox checked it will start an arena game:
- There are 30 waves of Monsters
- The waves will get harder every time
- Heroes can collect minor buff hexes
(This mode is really new and early, so every feedback/idea is welcomed)
Balance changes:
Heroes -Ranger - Prepared Strike skill: bonus dmg increased from 100% to 125%.
-Knight - Holy Blast skill: bonus dmg reduced from 180% to 150%.
-Wizard - Ice Spike skill: bonus dmg increased from 120% to 150%.
Heroes base critical bonus dmg reduced to 50% from 100%.
Items -"Wing of Bat" (+1 Speed) item rarity changed from common to rare.
-"Ring of lifestealing" item lifestealing now scales with character level (half per level, rounded up)
Gameplay -Changed and balanced the item rarity generation (now have more chance to get rare(green) or legendary(blue) items)
-Skill shrine spawning chance greatly increased on early maps (2,3,5).
-Skipping tutorial gives the same xp and same bonus skill as if team completed it.
Bug fixing:
-Fixed some skill description typos.
-Mutant - Endless fight now work properly.
-Now while heal spell is active character stats become visible with mouse over. (in the right upper corner of the screen)
-and a really tecnically: pdb files added to build, so if any error occurs it will be much more detaild in a log file.

She can support the team with totems and heals or build up higher damage or deal damage over time (depend on the build).
Balance changes:
Armor mechanism reworked: now characters can have unlimited armor, but the damage reduction is not linear anymore, it means the same armor bonus gives a bigger reduction with lower armor than with high.
Statue bonuses are nerfed a little bit. Armor bonus reduced from 3 to 2.
Life bonus reduced from 2 to 1.
Critical chance bonus reduced from 2 to 1.
Critical damage bonus reduced from 10 to 5.
Heroes: -Ranger - Smoke Bomb skill: duration is increased from 1 to 2.
-Ranger - Aimed Shot skill: dmg increased from 200% base dmg to 220% base dmg
-Knight - Breaker Slam skill: dmg increased from 50% base dmg to 100% base dmg
and the granted armor debuff increased from 20% to 40%
-Knight - Encouraging Shout: protection grants 30% armor.
-Mutant - Talents with armor reworked for new system.
Fixed bug:
-Knight Cleave skill hit enemies twice
-Remaining HP and other talents from previous team's character effected new game team (probably fixed, but every feedback is welcome)
Fixed bug with earlier patch: -Statue and Skill dialog window didn't show up on some computers with some resolution.
-Rare items with class spec skill bonus didn't work well: didn't grant the bonus damage.
-Ranger "Weak point" talent didn't grant the bonus to base attack
Added feature with earlier patch: -Tutorial now skipable (There is a button below prolog window), if you have least 1 statue bonus.
Guards of the Gate is Now Available!
Guards of the Gate is now available to buy on Steam!
As you can see on the roadmap the game essential part is ready,
however it is early access: there are few stories and dialog elements and some bugs can occur.

Weekly Update 4: Last month's progress
Hey everyone,
if everything goes well, there will be only one more progress update, then the game will ready for release. Here are some of the last month's new features:
I've finished the Wizard's skills (so 4 heroes are done, the shaman will be the
5th hero, but maybe it will be ready during the early access)
Cave chapter places are also done.
New hex type: Reveal. It reveals adjacent hexes.
A new enemy type: Poisonous insect. It can cast acid fog to nearby enemies.
Main menu with character chooser and game progress saving are also implemented.
So what's left?
A simple talent system (bigger part done)
More items to loot (with some build changer legendary)
Last chapters places and enemies.
