"Season 6 Light of Z" September Balance Adjustment

Effective Date


Effective from the end of maintenance on September 27, 2023

Unit Adjustments


Methuss


Methuss has a shorter transformation duration than Asshimar, which makes it more vulnerable to enemy attacks. We will increase the transformation duration to match Asshimar’s and balance this disadvantage. However, we will also reduce the damage of the "Twin Shot", which is too high and powerful when it hits directly.

Turn A Gundam[Ranged]


Due to the higher than expected drop in the win rate following the previous balance adjustments to unit durability, the critical hit damage multiplier while charging will be increased so that the damage will exceed 500.
Along with this change, we will also be increasing the amount of points required to activate Moonlight Butterfly in order to maintain its current turnover rate.

Beam Rifle
↑Critical Hit Multiplier while charging: 1.5 → 1.62
*This adjustment only applies to critical hits when charging.

GM


Since the unit has high performance and shield durability among shielded units, we will lower the shield durability value. Also, since the "Homing Mines" sometimes hit themselves, we will make them harmless to themselves.

GM Sniper II


Due to its low usage and win rate recently, we will improve the "Vulcan Pod", which supports the sniper’s long-range performance and defends against enemy approaches.

What is a Season Pass?


In GUNDAM EVOLUTION, every player has a Season Pass that corresponds to the current season.
Players can gain Season Pass EXP by playing matches, completing challenges, etc. By earning Season Pass EXP, players can level up their Season Pass and earn rewards.

The Season Pass "Season 6 Light of Z" offers various rewards such as the "Zeta Gundam" Legendary Unit Skin "Golden Sky," Capital, and other customization items.
The Season Pass "Season 6 Light of Z" does not include a Premium Pass, and all items can be acquired at no charge.
"EVO Coins (free)" are not included in the Season Pass "Season 6 Light of Z" rewards.

Season Pass "Season 6 Light of Z"



What is a Season Pass?


In GUNDAM EVOLUTION, every player has a Season Pass that corresponds to the current season.
Players can gain Season Pass EXP by playing matches, completing challenges, etc. By earning Season Pass EXP, players can level up their Season Pass and earn rewards.

The Season Pass "Season 6 Light of Z" offers various rewards such as the "Zeta Gundam" Legendary Unit Skin "Golden Sky," Capital, and other customization items.
The Season Pass "Season 6 Light of Z" does not include a Premium Pass, and all items can be acquired at no charge.
"EVO Coins (free)" are not included in the Season Pass "Season 6 Light of Z" rewards.

  • Fixed an issue where the effects of Susanowo's "Tri-Punisher" and "Beam Chakram" were not displayed correctly under certain conditions.
  • Fixed an issue in the spectator mode of custom matches that the round in the member display during the preparation phase of round 1 was displayed as the final round.
  • Fixed an issue in the spectator mode of a custom match that the focus when the "Switch to a specific player's viewpoint" key is pressed was different from the specification.
  • Fixed an issue in custom matches where the order in which players are sorted when they enter a room is different from the specifications.

  • Fixed an issue in the "Headquarters" rule that operator voices were not always played back correctly.
  • Fixed an issue in certain maps where the position of the repair pack during the map introduction was out of alignment with the actual position.
  • Fixed an issue where the camera would move by itself when receiving a stun attack when using Mahiro's "REN-DO Grenade (Rush)".
  • Fixed an issue where Gundam Dynames and Susanowo were stunned while using TRANS-AM, their motions would not always play back correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where Gundam Dynames' motion would not play correctly if it was hit by a knockback attack while using TRANS-AM.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Boost Jump" icon of Gundam Barbatos would appear red and could not be used under certain conditions.

  • In the current match environment and duration, it is difficult to fill the G-Maneuver Meter, so we are increasing the amount gained over time.

Gundam Exia


Adjusting the hitbox because damage received is low compared to other units.
In exchange for this minor hitbox adjustment, we are adjusting the cooldown for all skills, to increase how often they can be used to breakaway or attack the enemy.
GN Sword (Rush & Slash)'s charge can be maintained for a long time, making it difficult for those on the receiving end to use the charging audio to time their evasion, so we are shortening the charging time.

In exchange for decreasing Bullpup Machine Gun's attack power in normal mode, we're making the G-Maneuver HADES easier to activate by adjusting the points required to activate it.
