Haprokon

3 year anniversary sale

Hello traders, producers and consumers,

with the autumn sale I totally forgot, that Haprokon just hit its three year anniversary! Woop!
I wanted to celebrate that with You and discounted the game for another celebration week!
33% for the 3rd year... I hope I don't have to discount 111% during the 11 year anniversary week xD

Have a great one!
Bye!

Steam Winter Sale!

Happy Holidays, traders, producers and consumers!

Get Haprokon during the winter sale. Or simply make an apple punch. Or both ;)

Update #12 - The end of nasty installations

Hellaz traders, producers and consumers!

And another important update!
You are no longer required to install Java to play the game. Yay!

Also, ingame, destroying some power producing buildings would always destroy all of them, no matter how many You actually planned to destroy. This is now no longer the case.

Have a great week, everyone and if there's something wrong: write me!
Cheerio!

Update #11 - Anniversary Update!

Happy Anniversary traders, producers and consumers!

Finally (one day late, sorry) the anniversary update for Haprokon is here!
After already updating the store page and editing the achievement descriptions in Steam there are some important changes in the game.

Here the complete change list:

changes:
- the pineapples are no longer as ugly as they were.

achievement changes:
- all time-related achievements have been made much easier
- viewer completed quests are required to unlock the quest related achievements
- the achievement 'Always a smile on the face' is now much easier
- the power-related achievements are now much easier
- the no-quest-fail achievement is now easier to unlock

important fixes
- destroying certain buildings no longer increases their productivity beyond 100%
- Your population will no longer consume wine which isn't there.
- changing the action multiplier (10x, 100x, 1000x) will now change all the important numbers when viewing the goods 'glass' and 'tarmac'
- wine production plants will now tell You, when grapes are missing
- rice liquor production plants will now properly consume power
- destroying lithium electrolysis laboratories will now now longer destroy salt lake shovellers

smaller fixes:

- fixed some spelling mistakes

Update #10

Buon giorno traders, producers and consumers!

In less than three weeks Haprokon will be on Steam for one year!
Woop!

For that I've created a new store page to make it more clear, what's to expect when one chooses to play Haprokon.
Also the achievement descriptions of the Steam-achievements now show what to do to get the achievements instead of the wannabe-funny comments from before.

On the 19th of November we'll celebrate the one-year-anniversary of the game and on that day there will be a big update.
Mostly fixing achievements, mistakes and adding new pineapples :)

Update #9

Namaste traders, producers and consumers!

Here some fixes for some mistakes from the last update and more building grounds! Yay!

Changes

  • doubled the possible amount found of building lots in temperate climate on expeditions.

Fixes

  • fixed trade price errors when trading 1000 units at a time
  • fixed display errors of power and balance numbers

Update #8

What's up, traders, producers and consumers?

Here the update to version 1.0.3 bringing a fix to the game-freeze bug and some other new features and fixes. Looky here:

Major features:

  • There is now a x1000-button! Upon reaching the highest civilisation level You can now do things in 1000s-steps cutting Your clicking needs by at least a factor of ten!
  • There are now more sound channels which means more bings upon reaching multiple challenge ranks and this should also fix the game-freeze bug.
If the game freeze still happens to someone, tell me!

Minor fixes:

  • when in the consumption good overview of a category and You click on back it will now properly display the building costs when hovering over the build button.
  • material consuming power plants now no longer talk about satisfaction but about progress instead
  • when all phosphorite deposits are depleted it will now tell You so and not about "not enough null". Oops.
  • sodium cyanide will now be capped to the maximum storage capacity.
  • when Your per-minute-income and power get too high (or low) the numbers will now be abbreviated
  • stone quarries will now display the correct maintenance costs
  • sulphur mines will now tell You how much money they cost and not just about the fact THAT they cost money :P

Update #7

Hi!

Just a quick fix to avoid a horrible bug that made the game stop.
Here the patchnotes:

Fixes

  • Maximum Satisfaction forced to 100%
  • Cooldown for sounds set to 3 seconds as a try to fix the other game-stopper. Didn't work, though :(
  • Selling Linen will now count towards selling building materials and not as selling raw materials.

Update #6

And another.
I'd rather throw out a lot of updates to make sure You have a nice smooth gaming experience. So here it is:

Fixes:

  • tarmac and glass buildings requirements for population nr. 21 correctly switched
  • cocoa beans now properly demands tropical building lots
  • clicking on pasta dishes in the satisfaction overview will now no longer lead to the wrong good.

Update #5

Heyhou!

Quick fix!

  • launching the game will now longer start with 500.000 people O.o
  • the maximum rank of the fruit challenge will now properly display.
