Minor convenience fixes
- Removed the cmd window from background.
- Starting as fullscreen by default.
- Showing controls on start up.

Initialization bugfix in parsing floats
Fixed bug for OS in locale that uses comma (,) instead of dot (.) for float parsing.

Pre-release update: lighting and bugfix
Quick update before release!

Fixed some minor bugs and add lighting effects (so now the Dark Woods are actually dark!).
The lighting only takes effect in specific stages and missions, not all stages will have lighting.
