Update - v0.01.65 is Live! ( Hotfix )

Here is the list of the notable modifications that come with the version 0.01.65!

IMPROVEMENTS:



  • The connection approval system has been rewritten and gives now complete logs concerning any denied access.
  • The game should now close correctly when the user is connected to a server with lots of buildings and vehicles.


CHANGES:



  • FIXED: The sharks breaking bug that came with the v0.01.64 is now solved.
  • FIXED: The duplication trick of the furnace/brazier should be finally fixed. (2nd round!)
  • FIXED: The markers of the oil rigs are back on the map.
  • FIXED: The shipyard doors can be opened again.
  • FIXED: The content of the furnaces and braziers doesn't vanish anymore after a server restart.
  • FIXED: Repair a vehicle or a ship from a damaged state now stops the "damage" effects properly.
  • FIXED: The lists of players in the clan menu are no longer inverted.
  • FIXED: The scrolling speed of some dropdown menus has been adjusted.

Update - v0.01.64 coming Today!

Here is the list of the notable modifications that come with the version 0.01.64!

IMPROVEMENTS:



  • The client performances have been improved.
  • The server performances should be way better (needs a stress test).
  • Reduction of the lags when a server is full of players, vehicles, and buildings.
  • Buffer size increased.
  • The (re-)starting speed of the servers has been improved.
  • Engine update (Unity 5.3.4)
  • "Disconnect" button added in the Play tab of the main menu.
  • The actions of the other players (animations, sounds, particles, lights, etc) are now culled according to their distance from the actual player.
  • Many wooden platforms connecting the islands have been added or reworked.
  • The environment have been improved and optimized.
  • A test have been added to the connections approval, it appears that some players are sending odd infos when they connect.


CHANGES:



  • FIXED: Duplicating objects with a furnace/brazier should no longer be possible.
  • FIXED: The firing effect of the flame-thrower stops correctly even if the player leaves the turret without release the fire button.
  • FIXED: The option to disable the chat panel is now working properly.
  • BALANCE: The fuel consumption of the Erebos has been divided by two.
  • BALANCE: The crafting cost of all the shells has been slightly reduced.
  • BALANCE: The crafting cost of the shipyard (the big one) has been drastically increased.
  • BALANCE: the damage of the 208 mm shell has been increased from 600 to 800.
  • BALANCE: The damage of the 106 mm shells have been increased from 180 to 360 (the rockets still deal 180).
  • BALANCE: The decay timer of the raft have been decreased form 1 hour to 10 minutes - For the other naval vehicles form 1 hour to 30 minutes - For the flying vehicles it has been increased from 20 minutes to 30 minutes - For the ships the timer remains 1 hour.
  • Main menu title changed from "Closed alpha" to "Alpha".

Thanks again to the testers for their work! It's good to see people giving time and energy like this to help us!
Also, thanks to the testers who play the moles in the hackers teams to report us the trick of the day ^^ (the concerned guys will know).

And finally, many thanks to the Russian community (mostly coop-land I guess ^^) for its unexpected and fortunate help, giving us the possibility to test the game with a full server prior the release. Which is a real luck actually!

Update - v0.01.63 is Live!

Here is the list of the modifications that come with the version 0.01.63!

IMPROVEMENTS:



  • The ships are now destructible.
  • The impulse of the sledgehammer on the vehicles has been extended to the ships.
  • The speed of the naval vehicles now decreases according the state of the vehicle: functional / damaged / critical.
  • A server option has been added to disable the PvP and the damages to the structures.
  • Global optimization (not incredible, but still).
  • The simple doors are no longer colliding with the players when they are moving (opening~closing).
  • Minor changes in the environment.
  • Construction snap added above the simple stairs (to place a floor above it).
  • SOUNDS: Sound of destruction added to the vehicles.
  • SOUNDS: eating, jump, water splash and dive-out sounds added or modified.


CHANGES:



  • FIXED: A structure placed by a player cannot disappear a few seconds after its placement.
  • FIXED: Players can no longer take damages when using a Tier III turret.
  • FIXED: The floating line of the raft has been slightly elevated.
  • FIXED: the impacts sounds are now spatialized (3D audio space).
  • FIXED: crash at starting (one of the most important causes has been fixed).
  • FIXED: The tweak used to duplicate items with a storage box should be solved (must be tested on a public server).
  • FIXED: Press E to close a storage box does not open it again if you still look at the box.
  • FIXED: The production model of the raft was pink.
  • FIXED: Players can no longer hide and protect themselves from bullets by walking inside a T III turret.
  • FIXED: The shipyard doors can detect again the presence of an obstacle above them.
  • FIXED: The simple water level is now the same as the classic water level.
  • FIXED: the player limit of the servers is now correctly shown in the server list.
  • FIXED: some flying resource spots are now back on land.
  • BALANCE: The "Health" of almost all the structures have been increased significantly.
  • BALANCE: The reparation amount of the monkey wrench has been clamped to ~ 100 HP max. As everything has now way more HPs, a wrench hit could repair 350 HP in some cases, as it restores 3% of the max health of the target. The repair limit is mandatory to avoid that a structure could be repaired faster than it takes damages.
  • BALANCE: The loot in the crates has been limited to the basic ammunitions. no weapons, no explosives.
  • BALANCE: The damages of the rockets have been drastically reduced, and their "lifetime" increased.
  • BALANCE: the resource spots give less resources.
  • BALANCE: Stamina use divided by 2, and refilling slightly reduced too.
  • BALANCE: The refuel value and combustion duration of the wood have been reduced, and burning 1 wood gives now 3 charcoals instead of 4.
  • BALANCE: The fuel limit of the Liberty ship has been doubled.
