Major Update Alpha V. 1.1.1a NOW OUT with a 20% sale!
Here I am again!
During these months I have been working on a lot of things. The major things added are 2 new biomes with unique monsters and machines, items and new cool weapons with status effects such as poison. 1 new guardian can be unlocked and I added a lot of new content for customizing and automate your camp (now you can convert your camp into a big factory!).

*Now rest rooms are opened in ruins biome. *Reworked all keyboard and controller support (90% done). *Reworked key binding window. *Some minor changes to UI. *Corrupted guardian enemy now appears in higher biomes and decreased base damage and health. *Now when selecting a district it should load well. *Biomes unlock correctly now. *Homing projectiles now follows creatures too. *Elites now appear as normal enemies in some biomes. *Reworked district and biomes system (it feels more of a roguelite now). *Crafted items from workbenches won't disappear anymore. *Reworked Sculptor UI panel, skill tree and skins now appear there. *Fixed more enemies and torches spawning wrongly. *Machines and creatures now have different resistance to status effects. *Fire status effect now works correctly. *Now enemy status effects scale much better. *Bosses now appear in specific biomes. *Increased Bosses HP and decreased damage. *Reworked bosses sprites. *Decreased invincibility when hit from 0.25s > 0.1s. *Improved performance in some biomes & in general. *Reworked material compressor machine node. *Tweaked some crafting recipes. *Now if backwheels hit a bullet, the speed decreases. *Entering districts over 27 will no longer stuck in loading screen. *Fixed item extractor machine node. *Reduced inputs UI scale. *Items crafted no longer will disappear in camp. *Changed the size of some items. *Fixed some AI bugs.

Himno The Silent Melody New Massive Update #5!
Hello everyone once again! NEW UPDATE #5!! So I have been working on Himno - The Silent Melody. Join the Official Himno's Discord, I am always there showing new updates and answering questions.
Game release it's planned to be released this year, a couple months more, we are so close! Meanwhile I hope you like the Demo.
These gifs are outdated, I made them months ago, I improved the features shown in them but since I don't have much time, I am reusing some of them.
And now, the NEW features!:
UPGRADE WEAPONS
Weapons/shields gain experience when damaging creatures/machines. Then you can upgrade their tier with the new Essence transfuser workshop. Also reroll weapon trait and recycle items.
MACHINE ELITES
Now some districts are Outposts, which have more loot, some workstations and a portal that returns you to your base. But before all that you have to kill the Elite that guards the bunker!
MACHINE BOSSES
Bosses will have Bunkers like Machine Elites do, but these will appear in districts 11, 18 and 25.
NEW TYPES OF WEAPONS
I added cool new weapons like gloves, grappling hooks, more swords, bows, wands, staffs and boomerangs. Also re-worked Burn and Frozen states.
ANOTHER GUARDIAN
Play as Geshaa once unlocked and you can now change guardians' skins! Each Guardian has their unique weapon.
NEW RUNES
More customization for your play style! I added more runes and Guardian's purity passives.
BUILD MODE
Customize your camp with materials you find around the world.
DYNAMIC INPUT
Change between controller and keyboard while playing instantly.
ENTIRE REWORKS of BIOMES
I reworked Frozen Highlands and Scourge Lair so it feels more alive and full.
LOCAL CO-OP MODE
Yes, you read it right, now there is a co-op mode. I am still working on it since some features aren't working right.
FEED THE CREATURES!
Now you can feed creatures by giving them bread, they will give you unique materials!
SOME MORE THINGS
+Added third boss to first zone and updated the other 2. +Added new game options like Himno's original movement type option. +Updated light system and effects (Ex: machines new red light rays). *Changed birds and machines AI systems.

Himno The Silent Melody New Massive DEV Update #4!
Happy New Year everyone! (a bit late though...) NEW UPDATE #4!! So I have been working on Himno - The Silent Melody. Many ideas have come out of this discussion, so if you have any that you would like to be in the game, do not hesitate to write it here. All ideas are welcome!
To make everything clear, there will be two types of games, one with combat that will be this standalone expansion "Himno - The Silent Melody" and "Himno 2", that will be 100% peaceful.
And now, the important things.. The NEW features!:
INVENTORY SYSTEM
A complete rework to the inventory, chests and equipment systems. You can drag & drop items, recycle them and much more. Now there is a hotbar up to 8 items, the first one is always for The Guardian's Weapon.
NEW WEAPON SYSTEM
Now there are different types of weapons: swords, bows, magic staffs, tomes and wands, boomerangs, spears, throwable weapons like bombs And I am planning to make more types of weapons!
They can be crafted, dropped by enemies or bought in hidden shops or even rewards! The damage, firerate and more stats, scale with the Guardian's Vitality, Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence.
NEW TERRAIN SYSTEM
You can now destroy the terrain making new paths and strategies to fight or travel. There will be hidden secrets in some districts!
NEW BIOMES
There are 4 total biomes right now:
Ruins (the default Himno biome)
(Reworked) Red Cliffs (the shown in the gif)
(NEW) Scourge Lairs
(NEW) Frozen Highlands
THE GUARDIAN'S CAMP
There are some changes in The Main Camp.
ITEM TELEPORTER
As you travel through the districts, you can find some Item Teleporters. You can save some items if you are going to die and later retrieve them in the Main Camp.
NEW REWORKED NPC
The Builder will help you achieve your goal, bring him objects and he can improve, build workstations and different types of items and weapons.
NEW SOUL SYSTEM
In each run, if you die you will lose everything except Corrupted Cores. With them, you can improve The Guardian's soul permanently. But beware, with each upgrade your purity will decrease and bad things will happen if you become corrupted.
RUNE SYSTEM
Now runes can be equipped in the inventory. Applying it to the Guardian, will become 100% blocked occupying 1 slot of the inventory. They will take MAX % HP when equipped.
A TITTLE MENU
A proper title menu for the game. Up to 3 memory save slots!

Architect Biome
This new NPC called "Architect Biome" will need Biome Blueprints to create new zones to explore through your journeys. She creates biomes in the 4 zones of the game. For example these 2:
Buildings in Avis Zone In this biome buildings are created with much more workshops and chests. Not all buildings are open though.
And Purity lands also in Avis Here if you try to take resources out, some protector flies will attack you. This is a WIP, I may change the color to red and add some larger fields.
Little shops for the Guardian
These vending machines are very rare, when you buy something, the price of the next item increases a percentage. Most likely, I will change them visually so that they don't stand out as much since they seem taken from a cyber world game.
Monolith Enhancers
By appliying these items in the Monolith Enhancers, you will increase the level of difficulty of that zone. Not only enemies will be stronger, new features will occure like water rising, dark fog which you will need special wisps or fire arrows to see through and even storms. Of course by doing this, the loot will increase, finding better runes for the sword and rare items and more resources. Also a little preview of what Igna Zone will look like:

More polish combat and visuals
A combat against machines. They are activated depending on your level of karma (more info below). If they do, they will start attacking you. Healthbars are also updated to be more clear. This is a pretty bad gameplay from me but when you deal with enemies without taking damage it's so satisfying feeling like a hero.
Towns, Town Shops & The Hoarder
When using a Portal with some NPC Coordinates, a town will be generated. Here there will be a shop and some NPCs with missions or little trades. Their houses can also be explored if the are opened with enough "Trust". Trust can be gained in several ways.
the Hoarder will exchange your items for coins.
New District Checkpoins
if you remember, in Himno there are 2 checkpoints per district that you can touch to activate them. Well, now they can be activated again using resources (randomly) to travel to the camp. There are few ways to travel to our camp once we are traveling, this is one of them but at a price. If we increase the tier of the area with the Monolith Enhancers, we will not be able to use this feature. They will also recover your green health.
Slime Rancher
When you kill creatures, there is a chance a creature book will drop. If you give that book and some Creature Essence to the Summoner, he will summon that type of creature. This only works for Slimes since these creatures are able to transform what they eat into more quantity and more valuable resources. If they keep eating, they will grow!
Karma System
This is going to be a long section. Before, you could customize your sword with colors. But instead of that I have decided to add a karma system to the game. Destroying machines, igniting torches and helping different people will increase your Purity as a Guardian (Karma), but killing creatures will decrease it.
There are 3 levels of Purity: Green/Blue > Yellow > Dark.
In Green or Peaceful path, creatures won't attack you, machines will. In Yellow, hostile creatures and machines will attack you. And in Dark Path, creatures will attack you but machines won't unless you attack them.
I need to think more things about this and how will affect the world.

This is the new UI
Top left: Health and ammo (Green Bar), Corruption (Pink Bar) you die if this is 100% complete and Shield uses (White bar) it recharges when the shield is not used. Top right: Current arrows equipped. You have the main and a secondary arrow, you can change them by pressing 'R'. Bottom left: XP and Level, it's used to craft items in the inventory.
Travel to a location
The way you encounter enemies and other no common locations is by finding chests with coordinates. There are different types Ex: Hostile, Resources and NPCs. You travel to those locations by turning on the portal with fuel and adding the coordinates.
New worm-type enemy
There will be 2 types of enemies: machines and creatures. You destroy machines and you capture creatures by "killing" them. Then in your main camp, you will see all the creatures captured throughout your game thanks to an NPC and spawn them like a companion. Enemies will only appear in locations.
Bosses will be repeatable and will appear in districts 11, 25, 42 In the 3 main biomes. In total main 9 bosses with 1 flower/fruit each. You will need to recover these to complete the game.
The combat system vs machines
This gif is a bit old as you can appreciate seeing the UI, but here you can see perfectly how the combat works, you can slow bullets, dash while shooting in the opposite direction and execute enemies with the sword and healing with the sword. The shield wasn't done here.
There won't be types of swords, bows or shields. You can find mods for these weapons and you can apply them to yours modifying color, attack speed, and other cool effects like fire contact or spikes to your shield.
Arrow types
You can craft different types of arrows with states, ice, fire, bomb, rope and many other. All of them have the same damage. You can finish the game without using any of these.
