Get ready for a new in-game toy universe EXO-CLASH!. Set in another galaxy where giant robots fight colossal monsters. Captain Hera Scarlet and Lt Leo Satomi have landed in the game complete with their own unique unlockable items, taunts, and Action Files.
NEW WEEKLY MODE!
There’s now even more reason to jump into Hot Lava regularly with the weekly course. Compete with others for top global positions on a new course and ability each week. Earn a reward for placing on the leaderboard then try again when it cycles to a new course each Tuesday.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES!
Splash into summer with water balloons and more when you visit the Playground in the next few weeks. Challenge someone to a water balloon fight, or hit all the targets around the level for your chance at earning a reward. These activities will only be around during summer so hit your mark while you can!

During last year's Klei Fest we announced Rotwood, our 1-4 player hack-and-slash dungeon crawler. For this year we're going to be opening up a single-player combat focus test so you can check it out for yourself!
In this single-player combat focus test you will try out four different weapon types and fight through two dungeons, each populated with a unique set of Rots and a large Boss Rot at the end. As you delve into the ever-changing Rotwood, you'll also meet a handful of villagers who will support you by using the materials you've gathered to craft and upgrade sets of armor & weapons (and maybe even cook you the occasional delicious meal!)
While you will get a small glimpse of our weapon, armor, and other work-in-progress systems, this playtest is entirely focused on combat. So sign up now so you can join us next week and let us know what you think!

Hey Hot Lava fans, we found the keys to some hidden places in Rocco's Arcade so we opened them up for you to explore. Have fun leaping through 4 new courses and a plethora of added trials!

As seen in our last update, our Rocco’s Arcade Level is rollicking good retro-arcade fun. Well, good news, we added four - count ‘em four - new courses hidden in Roccos’ back rooms! Plus a plethora of new trials - jetpack, pogo, buddy and tiny toy. AND all new collectable cards just laying around for anyone to grab. You’ll have to explore all over this map to find it all!

With the new courses comes a host of new challenges to complete - pick up more than 30 new stars! Level up!
NIFTY NEW ITEMS
We’ve also added new collectable accessory sets, including G.A.T’s new K.A.P.O.W. mech armor, and a sweet VR headset and suit combo! The more you play, the more you collect, so jump back in and check out all the new stuff!
