Mission 1 Update
Added indicators for enemies that drop life heal and power up orbs like the other missions.

Wall collider fixed the glitch with the player getting stuck in the wall.

Update the counts for number of enemies in mission 4 and number of rescues for mission 4, Achievement tracking is all good for missions 1 - 4. Enjoy.

Mission 3 performance fix
There were certain points in the mission that had bad collisions resulting in higher processing costs. Fixed the colliders and enemy placements so that there is not a performance hit.
Performance Tweaks
Fixed issue with trees popping into existence. Fixed lighting issues causing frame drops in high activity areas. Fixed explosions so that the physics were more restricted to the area that would be in the hit box. UI update fixed the size of the points box at the top on mission 2 3 + so that they are the same as mission 1.
