Immune 0.6.4 Content Update

What's new in Immune 0.6.4:

  • Added new areas (like the atomic powerplant) and new content.
  • Added one new mutant type, who deals more damage.
  • Added item pickup effect.
  • Improved visibility for items on the ground.
  • Rebalanced weapons.
  • Rebalanced item drops for green boxes (less resources) and enemies (more guns).
  • Added more animals, houses & trees.
  • Fixed bug which made you attack when you closed your inventory with your mouse.
  • Fixed some collider holes and minor bugs, added some polish.

Immune 0.6.3 Controls/AI Update

What's new in Immune 0.6.3:

  • You now attack directly by clicking on your target instead of clicking on it + holding down space.
  • New auto target function if there's an enemy in range of your weapon and in front of you.
  • AI enemies with guns now run around walls before shooting (Fixed endless wall shooting).
  • AI enemies don't freeze anymore if too far away from their spawn. They just return home now.
  • Rebalanced AI strength and drops.
  • Reduced car health a little bit.
  • Added fences to tutorial island so pigs and sheep don't flee into the water. ;)
  • Turned Ambient Occlusion on again. Don't know why it was off. Ghosts probably.


I hope most of the annoying gameplay issues are fixed for now, so we can finally create some fresh content with the next updates. :) Please join the Community Hub forums and let me know what you think.

Immune 0.6.2 Tutorial/Building Update

What's new in Immune 0.6.2:

  • Improved building: you can now rotate the blue hologram with the right mouse button.
  • New tutorial island for players entering a server for the first time.
  • Added another hint for building.
  • Improved local chat visibility and look.
  • Reworked and improved female character.
  • Improved car physics for the roughly estimated 3049234. time (please tell me if it's any better).
  • Made pigs and sheep slower.
  • Made some things more shiny.
  • Fixed: Attacking with non-weapons-items had a shorter range than bare fists.
  • Fixed: Trying to fire a ranged weapon without ammo could still damage/break it.
  • Improved random drops.

Immune 0.6.1 Condition Update

What's new in Immune 0.6.1:

  • Weapons have a condition now instead of breaking randomly.
  • Fixed: Ranged weapons never broke. Now they do.
  • Objects with a function (like storage boxes, resources or trash bins) trigger a mouse over effect now.
  • If you hit an empty trash bin, it now tells you that's it's empty.
  • Local chat text stays longer.
  • Rebalanced some drops.
  • Added some Mutants to main town.

Due to the condition update all already existing weapons only have a condition of 1%. But hey, still better than wiping the servers, right? ;)

Immune 0.6.0 Karma Update

What's new in Immune 0.6.0:

  • New karma system
  • You gain karma over time.
  • You lose karma for attacking other players. The amount you lose depends on the karma of your victim. That means if your victim has 0% karma, you don't lose karma at all.
  • Karma is indicated by player name color: red = bad, white = neutral, green = good, gold = saint
  • Players with 100% karma and golden names are called saints and are immune to damage from other players, but not immune to damage from cars.
  • Killing / damaging players with your car will of course also decline your karma.
  • Zombies and npcs don't push and block cars anymore. They get pushed away by the car instead.
  • Fixed shooting trails going through walls while the bullets didn't. They now stop at the walls just like the bullets.
  • Added help (press H ingame) texts for new karma system.

Immune 0.5.9 Update

What's new in Immune 0.5.9:

  • You can now choose between a male and female character in the settings!
  • You are now able to ransack trash cans, tents and broken cars by punching them. They drop nice random loot from time to time. :)
  • Added animations if you punch special things like resources.
  • Replaced metal wall with metal door.
  • New animals: fox, sheep, eagle, cow
  • The camera now zooms out slightly if you move.
  • Added more spawn points.
  • Small world improvements & lots of small fixes/changes.
  • Added a bridge to a lonely island (WOW!)
  • Characters should be a bit easier to target now (left mouse button)

Immune 0.5.8 Update

What's new in Immune 0.5.8:

  • New buildings: stone wall and metal wall
  • Wood walls and doors are less durable
  • Rebalanced weapons - improved crafted, ranged weapons
  • A few more hints and help texts (press H).
  • Some details in map have changed (please visit the planecrash!)
  • Drops have been rebalanced
  • Armors are less powerful
  • Car physics slightly better (but it's still not perfect)
  • Fixed car bugs like that you couldn't die in the car or that you were stuck
  • Increased campfire food cooking radius
  • Food cooks faster and plants grow faster
  • Fixed bug were your vest broke when you were starving
  • Melee hit sound with less bass
  • Fixed animation bug where you shot twice even if you just shot once
  • You can now kill yourself with /kill in the local chat

Immune 0.5.6 Update

What's new in Immune 0.5.6:

  • Mutants deal less damage
  • You can now open the Steam profile of other players by right clicking on them
  • You get more XP for crafting and building
  • Most buildings last longer (4 instead of 1 day), before they need to be repaired
  • Added translations
  • Added volume slider in settings "App"
  • The water is now animated and looks awesome (from a programmer perspective :D)
  • Fixed a bug where your client wasn't inited properly causing highspeed day/night cycles and thousands of other visual bugs
  • The car is sliding a bit less (but it's still not perfect)
