5 ways to survive Halloween in Imperia Online
Every self-respecting ruler in the realms of Imperia Online should properly prepare himself for the upcoming scary holiday, right? If you haven’t experienced these festivities in our game yet, here are some useful tips you should consider, while waiting for the fun to begin:
1. Put on your best Halloween suit – being visible to the rest of the royal community in your realm is important. Having a glowing pumpkin as avatar, for example, can make your enemies take pity on you and not attack you that often… Or not.
2. Prepare lots of treats for your friends and your foes – when you see a foreign army marching towards your empire, the least you can do is writing a message to its owner, informing him you have candies ready for his soldiers.
3. Turn your Royal Palace into Haunted Palace – getting your royal family out of their home and settling them to live among your subjects is always good for your people’s morale. After that you can fill the palace with glowing pumpkins and invite the common folk to tours… and even tax them for tickets! Everybody wins!
4. Make lots of troops – you will need soldiers to replenish your candy stocks, after you spend them for treating the enemy armies, right? Send your army to neutral cities and barbarian camps and you’ll see that they will get a lot of candies!
5. Be there – this is a no-brainer. The Halloween event, called Grim Harvest, starts on Monday, October 31st. Everyone will login to join the fun! Is there any reason for you to not be present?

Imperia Online 5 Year Anniversary @Steam
Hey Imperials, your favourite medieval MMO game is celebrating 5 years on the Steam platform. We still quite can’t believe it ourselves but here we are celebrating this great occasion - 5 years of glorious battles.
Well…quite obviously we are not going to just make an announcement and leave it at that. We are going to mark this out in style, though out the whole of April, with a couple of events and plenty of rewards.
They say, always open with a joke, and so we are, the first event will be Aprils Fools Day, and all we can say is that it is beginning on the 1st, we don’t want to spoil the joke(s). Then we move on and mark Easter between the 5th and 12th, there are going to be plenty of rewards in the form of eggs, so get going and start hunting. After the hunt we will take a pause for the cause, recharge the batteries and baskets with presents and discounts and will have another event, but the details of which are a secret for now, so tune in.
We hope to see you at each of the events and wish you a great celebration!
P.S we will also have an Orthodox Easter event, but that will be early in May.

We hope you are well and safe. It's been a tough year, but here we are battling even for the smallest region, reward or victory.
And while the year proved challenges on all fronts, we managed to deliver a mighty 14 events to date. This is more than we have ever attempted... and... we are not finished. We are still pushing for 2 more events, one of which is major.
We had our 15th anniversary this year, a major milestone in the game's history as well as studio. Coupled with this and the hard work we put in providing 14 events and counting, including 2 World Cups, and 3 other major tournaments, we would love to show the world why we are best suited to win a Steam Award.

Halloween Comes to Imperia Online

This year it will start on October 30th and will continue 1 week.
All players will be able to participate, there are no restrictions whatsoever.
This year the Halloween Event will be a campaign of collecting treats, including massive prizes, discounts on packages and of course bonus diamonds. Log on now, play and claim whats yours.

Imperia Online’s Anniversary World Cup is here to crush you!
“You only become 10-years old once.” – a wise man once said.
And what do you do, when your best and most iconic tournament is 10 years old?
You make sure you let everybody in the world know!
That’s right, folks!
The World Cup – Imperia Online’s signature tournament has a very special birthday this year!
And we will make sure to celebrate it in kind, by hosting its Anniversary Edition!
Everything will be Anniversary about it – the rewards, the players, the battles, the emotions!
Judging from how the Exclusive World Cup has ended, we can assume that once again “the usual suspects” will be lined up to grab the Anniversary title.
The defending World Champion Romania will try to hit two rabbits with one stone – third World Title, which will make them the second triple Champion along with Bulgaria, and, of course – getting the Anniversary gold medal will be something very special.
The upcoming tournament will be interesting for the silver medalist – Egypt. It will show whether the Pharaons will establish themselves as a new Powerhouse in Imperia Online or the second place in World Under Siege was a momentary outburst.
Everybody is asking one very important question though – is the Anniversary World Cup going to be Russia’s moment of glory? Has the time become for them to outdo themselves and go for the gold?
All other countries will have to deal with these questions, puzzles and pressure.
Because there will be a pressure – we guarantee it.
Everyone will want a piece of it. And if that piece is a medal – even better.
All of you, Future World Champions, have 9 days to register for this year’s main event.
The Qualifiers start on October 8th, 3 PM Server Time.
The best 30 players from each nation, who manage to overcome the Qualifiers, will clash in the Group Phase, in order to determine the 30 teams, who go to the Finals and decide who the Anniversary World Champion will be.
What else would you possibly do this fall?

Imperia Online's 2020 Summer Games tournament is now open for registrations
You know summer is here when the Summer Games begin in Imperia Online. So the time has come and we are happy to announce that registrations start today – July 24th but the real fight begins on the 3rd of August at 15:00 server time [GMT +2]!
After a little shuffle of our events the Summer Games are back! You heard it right – the long-awaited tournament is on its way to blow your mind away! What we have prepared this year will spice things up and will keep you excited all the way to the end.
One of the new features this year is the increased the strength of the Barbarian camps - each Barbarian camp defeated by а player will increase the size of the army of the next attacked Barbarian camp by a certain percentage. The increase is specific to the attacking player and will not affect the army that other players will see in the camp. The Barbarian army increase modifier in the camps returns its original value at the beginning of each day.
