IGB v1.63 is out! This update brings some very nice menu improvements, as well as some other things. In general though, I think you'll like it. Here's the changelog:
**Additions**
-Pico and Clive & Wrench have been added to the character select screen! They're greyed out for now until they're available.
-Added 3 new enemies to the "The Arena" stage!
**Changes & Improvements**
-The main menu has been heavily improved with some new graphics and redesigns.
-IGB's logo has been updated!
-The startup screen on the main menu has been updated! The animation on the logo is also heavily improved.
-Some more optimization.
-Blue Blob and Red Drop's slime attacks are now water-type moves.
**Fixes**
-Fixed a very buggy main menu background. The color changing effect has been glitched for a little while now, but now it should be back up and working properly again.
-Fixed error where Aria's clothes would clip through her body slightly during her victory pose.

Logo redesign! Pico and Clive 'N Wrench revealed! Sans mockup!
Hey everyone!
Today has had a big amount of progress! I'll try to go in order:
First off, IGB's logo has been redesigned. Or rather it's more of a design improvement. Regardless, it is way more visually appealing now! You can check it out here!
We also made a mockup of Sans from Undertale in the game. We're currently trying to get Toby Fox's attention about it, so if anyone is willing to help us get it out there and possibly get Toby's attention that would of course be great!

Next update will of course include the updated logo and the two new characters greyed out on the character select.

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to let everyone know a little bit about what's already been done behind the scenes, as well as what's currently going on.
Right now I'm working mostly on Dreamcatcher. At least, that's why you don't see a ton of updates lately, but it'll come around eventually.
Otherwise... Online mode for IGB is actually semi-functional right now. We've found that if there is little to no online lag, it's actually pretty playable! However it handles lag pretty poorly as it stands right now, and lag can quickly make it very unplayable.
We also have a tiny bit of work into Adventure Mode. Not so much, but a few things. Such as testing the final boss, for one!
Both Online and Adventure will come around anyways. They've at least both had a sort of start for now. That's pretty much it for now though!

Dreamcatcher has been greenlit!
Hey everyone!
My other project, Dreamcatcher, got onto Steam Greenlight a month ago or so now. Depending if you were around at the time, you may also have seen that I made a post letting you guys know about the project when it hit greenlight.
I'm at least happy to say that Dreamcatcher got greenlit a few days ago, and I'm working on making a playable demo! As well as getting it released on Steam eventually.
I also just wanted to thank anyone who voted for the support. So thanks a lot for your help!

Indie Game Battle v1.62 released!
Hey!
IGB v1.62 is out! Not a lot this update, but it fixes some stuff and improves some things nonetheless.
Here's the changelog:
**Changes & Improvements**
-Physics with walls have been improved.
-On the character select, you can now slow down your cursor's movement speed by holding the run button if you're using keyboard controls.
-When clinging to walls underwater, pressing the jump button will push you away from the walls in the same way that characters who lacks a walljump pushes away from walls when attemping to walljump. This hopefully also helps CPUs not get stuck as much on stages like Retrolands.
-Damage text is now animated!
-Matt, Aria, Chip and Huey's artifact pieces now glow brighter.
**Fixes**
-Fixed bug where The Artifact on the The Sanctum stage appeared as a missing texture.
-Fixed error where the hurtbox on Matt's head was very small compared to his actual head size.

Indie Game Battle v1.60 released!
Hey everyone!
IGB v1.60 is out! Fixes some important things and does a few improvements, but most importantly it finishes a WIP character completely with new moves, animations, etc!
Here's the changelog:
**Additions**
-The Kid is no longer a WIP character! Added his down smash, forward smash, neutral special, grounded up special, down special, super attack, and intro animation!
**Changes & Improvements**
-The Kid's up special now has a trail behind the apple.
-The apples The Kid uses in some of his moves have now had a graphical update.
-Matt (and partially Aria, Chip and Huey) now has more detailed textures.
**Fixes**
-Fixed bug on the character select where your player selector disk would not move to the new selected character if you selected a character with the mouse.
-Fixed animation bug where if you used Huey's side special repeatedly quickly, he'd sometimes not play the animation.
**Balancing**

-Huey now has a bit longer cooldown on side special.

Hey everyone!
IGB v1.59 is out. Does some more fixing. Here's the changelog:
**Additions**
-Water attacks now do x1.5 the damage on electrified opponents! There are no real water-based attacks yet though, but you'll see some in the future.
**Changes & Improvements**
-Shieldstun reduced slightly.
-Improved collisions on the Training stage. Should hopefully prevent players from being able to get stuck inside the stage.
**Fixes**
-Fixed animation bug where Bingo's eyelids would clip through a part of his head during his idle animation.
-Fixed bug where if you disabled the HUD in training mode and then tried to enable it, Cushion's HUD would stay disabled.

IGB v1.58 is out. Mostly fixes, but it's quite a lot of them!
Here's the changelog:
**Additions**
-Tess added to the character select screen! She is greyed out until she is playable, however.
**Fixes**
-Fixed recent bug where you wouldn't put up your shield after dodging or rolling if you kept holding the shield button; you had to release the button and press it again to shield. Now you can just keep holding it like in the past.
-Fixed major bug where you weren't invincible on the respawn platform after losing a stock; you were only invincible after stepping off the platform.
-Fixed bug where Bingo's eyes would clip slightly through his eyelids during a few frames of his taunt animation.
-Fixed CPU bug where Captain Viridan would instantly cancel out his up special when controlled by the AI.
-Fixed menu bug where if you picked up a player selector disk on the character select and selected a character, it would place itself on the player 1 spot on the character's icon no matter which disk it was.
-Fixed menu bug where you couldn't pick up a player selector disk on the character select after selecting a characetr with it once.
-Fixed menu bug where a player disk you picked up on the character select wouldn't go to the right cursor.
