rewrote part of object manager (loads now faster new buildings when scrolling)
town building models redone (lowered the amount of vertexes on a lot of town buildings and used material amount/ should now run faster over larger towns)
removed the nearly never used models of each build level for each town building (were rarely shown in the end and used up too much performance/ creates now construction models around the building being built while increasing in size with higher build level until finished)

Fixed an issue in the path-finding of trucks (there was still an issue when being unable to detect end goal in search range on first detection path and unable to find a definite answer, resulting in moving down the wrong path/ will now start a second search on the other path that might have the end goal in search-range)
