- fix Beurocrat talking animation

Pre-Launch Update

We are about to finalize our story mode and finish the first installment of the INTERSTELLAR PRIME saga.
This pre-alpha branch update includes the brand-new opening of the game with the new intro mission where you play as General Zayne of the UMCS Poseidon.
