So Small Town Studios is no more. Into The War is no More but we are taking what we had that was usable and we are working towards a new game. We are not releasing what this game is yet but we will be doing something special for the reveal here in a few weeks. I dont know why ITW is back on the store but dont buy it i dont even have the game files anymore. I have started working on a new game with mechanics that i am more familer with. Again Please do not buy this broken game it will not recieve updates
Update Into The War:Reborn
Some Basic Crafting is in game as well as woodcutting etc. Have a few Minor Glitches with woodcutting so far but is functioning. Also Base building has been put in but only basic houses so far.
Food and Water has been added as well as the day night cycle all functioning properly.
Working on implementing New hands because currently we have just two rectangles as well as adding a character Model..
Networking is about 80% done just want to add Voice Chat and the ability to make a dedicated server. Currently you can only do local servers.

In other news we will be Rebranding the game Into The War Reborn for the new release of course we have to go threw greenlight first. We will be setting that up in the next few weeks to help track progress. Now I dont want to put a date on when i expect to have the game ready. I dont want to deliver a product not worthy of you guys. That being said we are going to take our time to build a great for you guys to enjoy. I will track all users who bought Into The War and didnt not request a refund and they will recieve a new copy of Into The War Reborn.

A notice to the community
I lost faith the last few days on ITW but thanks to a new friend I have had my Faith Restored. I am very serious about this project. I will not ask anyone to trust me or to have faith in this project but will show you guys that this will happen. Now Steam has taken the game down which gives me an unique oppurtunity to get a fresh start on this project. I am going to stay with Unity due to my knowledge of it and also will be showing everyone the progress on a regular basis. Now everyone has asked for an explanation so here it is. In the begining of ITW i dedicated all my time to the project so much so that it took a tole on my marriage and my family left. So i stepped away from the project to focus on my family and that was not fair to you guys. Now that i have balance in this I am fully dedicated to the project and restoring it to what we all know it could become. Now it will take time to get this project back to where we need it to be. But I belive we can do this together. I will keep you all updated on the progress of what is going on and also keep everything updated regularly and hope in time We can have a fun game to play

Not much to update today Just working on expanding the team have talked to two artists and have got them on board. Mainly working on getting to know UE4 so we can continue working on ITW. I hope within a week to have some new screenshots for you.

Unreal Engine 4 and more news.
After messing around with Unity trying to get it work for the last month or so. We have decided to migrate to UE4 instead of remaking the game in Unity we feel we can provide a better game in the Long run for you guys. This of course will take a little longer but I am hoping within a month or so We will have something Playable for you guys, We also are working on a new website at http://intothewar.net and will have dev blogs and much more info on there updated every few days. Expect many updates and pictures of progress. Also we will be live streaming devolpment of the project so you guys will see the progress. More news on the Live streaming will come soon.
