Hello again, its been a while. While the continued development cycle on Wild Europe is still uncertain, I thought I would touch up on what things I'm planning on doing later on. Firstly, I'm planning on doing other forms of content in the form of Books and (possibly) Boardgames! I also by no means have given up on game development. I feel that I overworked myself during the creation of Jacob Larkin's Wild Europe, and after a long time away I started to lose some interest in the project. I hope that this explains some of the lack of communication and updates. Finalizing Wild Europe's development early has indeed crossed my mind, and I will be sure to keep everyone up to date on this.

Hi all, Its been AGES since my last post. To cut to the chase, I'm working on the creative process of making a new game. This time around there will hopefully be more work going into the marketing aspect. For those concerned about the game's development, I'm planning on wrapping up development on Wild Europe by the end of the year. I initially promised myself to develop the game for at least a few years, but due to various factors I've managed to come to this decision (after all I am a solo developer with minimal resources at my disposal). Future titles are likely to be singleplayer only (but multiplayer titles are still under consideration).

The update will feature:
Vastly improved physics for birds and aquatic animals.
A new wetlands-inspired map "Wallolann".
Various new species, including Ducks, Otters, and Fish to name a few.

Hello friends!
In today's developer blog I'd like to tell you that there is a major patch in the works. While it does not yet have a name, it includes a new map!
The new map is a massive marshland with rivers and forests. Within its lands you will find a huge amount of new species to encounter and play with.
The game has also been going through various bug fixes and improvements regarding the water physics and carcass physics. Animals now float to the surface in deep water; furthermore, carcasses now fall to the ground upon an animal's death. while these might not sound like much, they are major steps towards improving the game's realism.
I have also been hard at work at ironing out bugs and issues with the code (its a never ending struggle).
In other news: I've been not only juggling work on the game, but also in taking care of a new puppy at home!
