Known Gameplay Issues

Whilst we’re proud of the progress we’ve made to bring Cooperative into the Prototype, we would like to be open about gameplay issues which you may encounter upon release. These are issues we have already noted internally and therefore it is likely you will also experience until fixes are introduced. We are continually working to introduce fixes and improvements, which will be included our patches.

If you are have any trouble with running co-op, please let us know and check our notes below on some of the more prominent issues currently identified affecting co-op:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Issue: ATV flying away
Description: ATVs are likely to dramatically fly in to the sky if hit by a stray bullet in the wheels.
Fix Status: Improvement ready for next update
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Issue: Wanderers can get on top of helicopter
Description: When the helicopter arrives, wanderers are able to get on top
Fix Status: Improvement ready for next update
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Issue: Snow does not always appear for clients
Description: Appears to be a rare issue, but it was noted recently in a recent test the weather did not synchronize between host and server.
Fix Status: In progress, ASAP
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Issue: Lag for clients
Description: Client’s liable to experience latiency. This issue very much depends on the networking capabilities of the hosting player and client. We’re investigating this issue closely, and will look to introduce optimisations over time as relevant issues are identified. We would really appreciate feedback on this issue to gather more data about latency issues so we can make improvements as swiftly as possible.
Fix Status: Long-term introduction of optimisation improvements
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Issue: Weapon and Quad glitches when host and client separate at longer distances then reunite
Description: We’ve noted that a variety of issues can arise when the host and client move away from each other. For example, sometimes players are not visible anymore on top of their quad
Fix Status: Issue currently being worked on as high priority. Solution will be pushed to the game ASAP once found and tested.
