Patch 33 - Patch Notes
Good Evening,
We have improved several performance issues that caused players to crash. Please post on the support forums if you still have issues.
[B]Performance
• Fixed various crashes during asynchronous character loads
• Fixed UI crashes when closing the game or transitioning to other maps
• Fixed issues when seamlessly travelling on a mount that could leave a player partially disconnected
• Fixed fall damage calculation and death determination when on mount and falling large distances
• Fixed issues with mount collision that could get players stuck in geometry
• Switch voice over data to be dynamically loaded, improving load times
• Fixed crashes in lobby due to rapid character changing

Patch 31
Good Evening All,
This patch is a major pass on the crashes and should considerably improve client stability.
It includes:
- Fixed several crash scenarios when logging into and out of maps (town, dungeons, pvp, etc.)
- Fixed some crashes when enabling/disabling addons and closing the UI
- Fixed texture mips of ability icons
- Small optimizations to loading characters that will give a slight loading improvement and reduce hitching when traveling
- Fix seamless travel behavior when mounted
We'd love to hear from you. If you see improvements in stability or identify other issues that we need to work on please use the feedback form in-game in the options menu to give us the details.

Hello All,
As we continue to work on the larger patches for itemization and dungeon revamps we will have smaller optimization and performance fixes as well. This is one of those. :)
Performance
• Fixed an issue with audio events when entering and exiting swimming
• Fixed arena audio events
• Fixed a potential issue with dynamic armor loading that would leave some characters without all armor visually
• Fixed a potential for character to be invisible on client loading armor dynamically
• Optimized UI images for screen size, resulting in less memory and texture memory usage
• Optimized mouse cursor updates on UI (giving a frame rate increase in UI)
• Optimized Hero paper-doll to only render the Hero and not its environment (frame rate increase in UI)
• Fixed bug when closing the UI with the X button that could lead to double-rendering of the game scene (dramatically hindering performance)
