Minor bug fixes, new battle design, adding Turkish

Over the past two days, we have been making several minor bug fixes. They are all small, so we will not describe them for long
What we did really great is new animations in battle. Now it looks completely different. Hope you enjoy ;)
Thanks to your help, we added the Turkish language.
And one more good news. We have prepared collection cards and now we are just waiting for approval from Steam

Editing bugs (tutorial, eternal siege) and 3 updates

In the beginning, I want to say that now we see from analytics that many play on older versions of the game. Even this morning, 4 players played the Saturday version of the game. We want to say that for stable operation - you definitely need to do an update today. If you are not allowed to update the Steam settings, then go to the update center and click update manually. This is extremely important. Because today a few people got an error that we fixed yesterday. And we saw it from the logs - as well as the fact that these players played on a very old version of the game.
Today we fixed the second reason why the bug of the eternal siege happened. Now this problem should not occur and the last critical bug has been fixed.
We also fixed a mistake in the tutorial. The reason was that some of the players pressed Esc to go through some steps. However, he worked only a few steps. This button caused crash. Now we have disabled this button in the tutorial - and you just need to click it.
We also updated the look of the global map - our designer worked hard for a long time to make it prettier.
Also combined a report on past battles. Previously, if you had 5-6 battles in one turn, then you had to click through each report. Some players thought it was a mistake) Now you will only be shown a report on the most recent battle. If after a series of battles you have won or lost, this is the main result of the series.
In the sciences, added a scroll. This is what one of the players requested.

Editing bugs (not working siege, save), + New languages, editing languages

Thank you for your warm welcome to the game! We really appreciate this and even more want to do everything so that the game is the way you want to see it. We fixed the errors that you wrote about and which you sent to us:
Fixed: Bug with the eternal siege of the Picts. Previously, the Picts had a specific error due to which the assault did not start. This bug has been fixed.
Fixed: Now after saving, unit levels improve
Fixed: After saving, generals do not change the level of their bonuses
Fixed: Localization error in English (three places where Russian was instead of English)
Added: Italian language. To be honest, we were simply shocked that one of the players independently translated the entire text into Italian without our help. Such situations are inspiring - thank you very much!
Added: Portuguese language. At the moment, this translation is also made by one of the players. Perhaps the translation will require refinement, but nonetheless - thanks a lot for the translation!

We will also correct any errors you write about as quickly as possible. Thank you for support!

Quick fix of rare bugs you wrote about (5 fixes + 1 update)

Some errors are very difficult to find because they are rare. For example, one error occurred only at the screen resolution used by 2% of players. Thank you for finding such errors and write to us. All errors written today are already fixed in two patches.
1. An error in which 2% of the players had the skip tutorial button overlapping the tutorial text. Now it is fixed.
2. A rare mistake when the battle did not start - fixed
3. Bug with saves - fixed
4. Some fortifications had a “attack on fortifications” bonus. This bonus has been replaced by another.
5. Syntax errors in the English language are corrected (Science and Faction).
6. Added "auto-fill" button inside the general window. Now, in the general’s window, you don’t have to click on each unit - it’s enough to use the automatic filling of empty seats in the army.

Game launch! Update Plans (Roman fractions, Hordes, ...)

I would like to tell you what updates we plan to do.
- Of course, we will correct all the errors that will be found first.
- The mechanics of the Horde. You can create Horde at certain points in the game. In it you can hire residents of your country and neighboring countries (except for the Roman Empires). The Horde will be limited by its lifetime and gradually the size of the Horde will decrease. It will also be subject to several unusual rules.
- Adding playable fractions of the Western Roman Empire and the Eastern Roman Empire. Initially, we did not plan to add them, but because players ask I think you need to add them.
- There are several ideas for further updates. "National Idea", "Pantheon" and some others. It is not clear which of them we will implement. In this matter we will consult with you. Only together we can make the game that we will want to play again and again;)

The fully working version of the game is already on Steam (10 updates)

1. The ability to additionally select the number of starting resources when choosing a fraction. This will especially help beginners learn how to play.
2. In the generals improvement window, added information about the general himself.
3. In the unit hiring window, added additional information on your armies (how many places for units of this type are in the army, how many generals without units)
4. AI now counterattacks when attacking their regions.
5. Now before the battle you can choose auto-battle and not open the battle window. This is especially true for small battles as a siege of a region in which there is no army, but there is fortification
6. During an AI attack, the "Siege" icon now appears, which notifies the player that his region has been besieged. You no longer need to go to the map to check if there is an intrusion
7. Added graphics quality settings. Now you can choose the quality of the graphics yourself
8. Losing fractions are now removed from the rating.
9. Fixed a bug in which several reboots of the game could lead to a hang
10. We fixed a bug in which, after loading the game, the studied units had to be studied again

Bug Fixes and Fortification Additions!

Today, in addition to the morning update, we have added another big update!
1. We added Fortifications to the game. Now you can build a special building in the region. If enemies attack the region, then this building will add defensive units - one, two or even three! In the capital, you can upgrade the Engineering building and learn new types of defensive units there. Having rebuilt these buildings, your enemies will not be able to capture regions without losses. Now the capture of each defended region will bring losses.
2. Fixed tutorial. Now it works stably.
3. Fixed save errors. Now Save / Load works as needed;)
4. Added war announcement to you. Now you will know in advance when the enemy is about to invade you
5. Corrected the display order of unit types. Now always displays infantry-arrows-cavalry-fortifications in all windows
6. Fixed a few more errors

As you can see, we are trying to improve the game and now the game has become as playable as possible;) Thank you for your support and your patience. As you can see now we have brought the game to about the kind we wanted. Although there is still a lot of work ahead)

Global balance update (8 tables)

Now that the game is already stable, we started fine-tuning the balance. At the end of the week, Last Day of Rome will be ready for an active game. What is included in today's global balance update?
1. Changed the cost of studying new types of units. Now, to study new units, you need gold, not luxury. The price is also slightly reduced.
2. Improvements to barracks, firing ranges and stables are now cheaper. Recall that these buildings are needed to study new types of units.
3. Each unit added bonus "The cost of building a unit costs less than recruits." This bonus is extremely strong, because the deprivation of any unit of this bonus actually means that they will not be played by this unit. Nevertheless, the game has 5% of units that have two such bonuses - so they will be especially relevant.
4. Recalculated the value of different levels of units for AI. Higher units are now rated as much more important. The higher the level of the unit, the higher the value (when evaluating the enemy and when evaluating the feasibility of improving their own units)
5. Redesigned AI. Now he invests less in the development of the region. Previously, AI put too much effort into regional development.
6. Building Infrastructure in the regions now brings a lot more population. Completely rebuilt infrastructure previously provided +40.000 population, and now +155.000.
7. The increase in population growth from the building "Suburb" in the capital. Previously, 2 and higher levels brought +100.000 each. Now they bring in +200.000. The population is an extremely important parameter, because only he can give recruits. Therefore, we decided to add this parameter.
8. The remaining buildings in the capital also bring more population growth.
The balance adjustment process is the most painstaking part of the project. Also today or tomorrow we will add another big update to the game.

Update! Fix last critical bug

Today we fixed the last error that could lead to crash. Now the game works as stable as possible
On Monday, we will fix the save and load so that they work correctly and complete the tutorial. However, the most important thing is that now the game is essentially ready for a full game
The following plans:
- Fix saving
- Let's complete the tutorial, add a few steps
- Add to the game of fortification. Now you can add units to each region thanks to special buildings. Then the enemy, when capturing even an empty region, will spend resources. Similarly, AI will also cost fortification in cities
- Redo the system for gaining experience by the Generals. After the update, players will receive experience for each killed unit, depending on the level and strength of this unit
These are the basic updates that we want to do before the release. With them, the game will sparkle with new colors. Also, the whole next week we will devote to adjusting the balance of the game
