I know some of you have been wondering for a while what's going on with Galaxy Princess Zorana. Simple answer: a LOT of writing got done, a lot of artwork is now being done, expect more formal announcements early next year as things come together. But the more exciting answer...
(This is still not final art! This just gives you some idea of things that are being played with at the moment as we try to work out how the displays should look.)

As for the project in development, if you follow the Hanako Games Patreon, a few pictures of our next princess have been posted in the top secret tier. Still holding off on public reveals until some actual GUI is ready so that proper-looking screenshots can be made (so far we've been designing TONS of different characters and writing, writing, writing, writing. So many wacky plotlines possible based on who you choose to pursue as an ally!)

Happy Christmas to all who celebrate!
This year has come with many highs and lows. For this game specifically, we celebrated our 10-year anniversary, put out a bunch of exciting bonus art, released the console version, and talked about the sequel in development... and Queen Elizabeth died, making the theme song now officially "God Save The King."
If you're interested in finding out more secrets from the behind-the-scenes development of the future Princess Zorana, visit the hanakogames patreon. But fear not, all good things come to those who wait and with luck we'll have more public to say about the game next year! (Right now it's mostly writing, writing, writing, writing, which doesn't make for interesting pictures to show off.)
Compatibility update for Steam Deck and other OSes
We've put out a small update addressing some compatibility issues related to recent Steam DLL changes.
This should only affect Linux, Mac, and Steam Deck users. Windows users build numbers will not update.
