Achievements were not being awarded for completing and acing playlists. Now fixed.

Time to head to the summit ๐๏ธ
Hi it's me again, this time with new content! ๐
New playlist is live in Update 46! Turn up the difficulty in Mountains Vol. 2 with 8 new levels extending the double jump style gameplay from the previous playlist.
As you climb higher towards the summit, the storm intensifies ๐จ๏ธ baddies defend their outposts in tight groups and of course, the fire traps are back so watch out for the flames! ๐ฅ
We haven't had an advanced difficulty playlist since Tunnels Vol. 2, so this one turns up the intensity quite a bit. Expect plenty of restarts ๐
This playlist also comes with new achievements and secrets โญ Happy hunting!

Hi there!
We've got a quick update for Continuity Mode.
The score system works by rewarding players for maintaining a streak and accuracy. That same score dictates the speed of the gameplay and the points you get on the leaderboard. This number is now displayed on the HUD over the Yin Yang โฏ symbol next to the gun.
The reward system is also simplified. The red star is awarded for a score above 250 and the yellow star for crossing 500. While the score system already rewards players for not wasting bullets and maintaining a 100% accuracy across multiple loops through the playlist is a lot more difficult, I felt it's better to tie the stars to the score directly. I think it's better for this mode to give less importance to a 100% accuracy so players can focus on enjoying the faster gameplay. The leaderboards will not be wiped for now.
Mountains Vol. 2 is almost nearing completion. I'll post another update with new content sometime next week!

Hello!
Got us another quick update with multiple improvements to the visuals and animations.
First up, we have score prompt pop-ups like in the original game. This time they're shiny & colorful blocky models that pop out of the target. While it adds to the noise on the screen, they don't linger on for too long and provide good feedback to hitting enemies.
A new dash vortex animation adds to the feel of being teleported into the target.
The hands in Blink now track their target before pulling back, unlike before where looking away would move the extended hand away from the target.
Subtle tilt animation when hands extend out towards a target.
A short twitch animation plays when the hands don't find a target on fire to highlight a missed shot.
The scroll button in the leaderboard menu is now disabled while waiting for a new page to load. This temporarily fixes the issue where pages would get mixed up when scrolled through too quickly.
That's all for now! I'm working on a new Mountains playlist which will take a while longer. After that I'm excited to work on an original playlist for the Blink X Classic mode with unique levels and maybe new mechanics.

Quick fix here.
Level skip buttons Tab & ~ don't respond now if any of the Shift keys are pressed to avoid skipping levels when executing system shortcuts and toggling the Steam overlay.

Lots of bugs squashed in this hotfix!
Gun no longer auto fires when starting a level with the Fire button in Cascade
The Free Look no longer enabled when the game is paused
The HUD now shows the R key to return to gameplay from Free Look
Main menu UI now supports ultra-wide resolutions
The Blink X Classic Vol. 2 playlist can now be clicked in grid view. Resolves grid view navigation issues
The confirm changes button in the video settings menu now responds to mouse clicks
Other known issues which will be addressed in future updates
Framerate sinks on entering menu. Very minor improvement in this update.
Scrolling the leaderboard too quickly mixes up the page numbers.

Blink X Classic Vol. 2

We've got another addition to the Blink X Classic style levels in a new mashup playlist! Enjoy a selection of Classic Vol. 2 levels remixed with new mechanics, this time with the difficulty turned up a notch ๐ช
Jump and dash through these new levels while picking off enemies with your index finger!
Minor fix in controls - the WASD keys now work in controller mode, so you can play with your keyboard mouse setup even when a controller is plugged in!

Minor adjustment to the Shuffle feature.
In some instances, hitting play on the video thumbnail would include levels from unfinished playlists. Now it will pick and place pending levels in sequence and shuffle only when all the playlists in the game mode are completed.

Blink X Classic
Finally, some new content!
In Blink X Classic Vol. 1, we have a short playlist which combines levels from Classic Vol. 1 with gameplay inspired by Blink.
It's relatively simple and introductory. I personally enjoyed it a lot, so if the feedback is good, I'll make another one in this style! Please rate the levels in-game ๐
Also, the grid playlist select and level select menus now allow navigation with all arrow keys, so you can easily move between the rows and columns directly instead of scrolling one by one. It's not perfect still, but a major step up from before. I'll keep the touch-ups coming ๐งผ
