We're continuously working on improving Lumencraft to offer you the best possible experience. In the latest update, we've made some exciting changes and additions that we think you'll appreciate.
First off, we've added a new Lock Rotation function to Lumen Beam, which should come in handy in dangerous situations. Additionally, Lumen Spider Swarm is now available for custom maps in the Editor!
We've also made some changes to the game balance. Spear upgrades are now cheaper, which makes it a better early-game weapon.
As for the fixes, we've resolved the issue with Stone Gate losing artifact data after saving and loading, fixed some invisible lights, and some potential freezes when performing certain actions for the first time. We've also added an indicator for when achievements are disabled, and a hint for the RTFM achievement.

We are excited to announce a new update for Lumencraft that is now live! This update includes some minor changes and bug fixes, which we hope will make your gameplay experience smoother and more enjoyable.
We have added some loading labels in various moments when the game is frozen. This change will help you understand when the game is simply frozen due to a bug or other issue, and when the game is actually loading.
What’s more, all audio samples are now cached on start! This change will make the sound run smoother and reduce any delays or glitches that may have occurred before.

What’s up? We've been listening to your feedback and have made some updates to the game that we think you'll be excited about!
Firstly, we heard that some players were having trouble finding the option to load their saved games, so we've added a "Load Game" button to the in-game menu. Now you can easily pick up where you left off without having to navigate through multiple menus!

Check how the raptor did in Lumencraft
We've made some adjustments to the Pistol and Rocket Launcher to make them more responsive during combat - now battles are way smoother and more efficient. That’s what every scout likes!
In addition to these updates, we've also made some minor changes and fixed some bugs, (including those in campaign mode :)).

🕹️ BETA: A story mode and meta-progression 📝📊
You can check out some of the content that will be released with the 1.0 version of Lumencraft NOW.
Full release will add a campaign mode with simple story, 27 missions and meta-progression. It will introduce the main base - a hub where you will be able to upgrade your skills and technology throughout the campaign for the lumen brought from each mission. Subsequent levels will unlock new content (e.g. new weapons, buildings, technology) and of course new enemies.
It’s available via the beta branch of the game’s build. What’s even more important - it's 99% ready but we’re still doing some polishing here and there. 🧹
How to join the beta branch:

select 'Properties,’ then 'Betas,’ and choose development Branch
