Let’s get into the festive zone and shoot lots of stuff to the soothing sounds of Christmas!

This free update transforms MGF into a winter wonderland. Just update the game and select ‘Christmas Mode’ to get into the festive spirit:


  • New wintery Christmas-themed visuals
  • Updated ice-encrusted level tilesets
  • New music soundtrack, with ten different SID festive music tracks
  • New destructible scenery, including Christmas trees, snowmen & presents

Update notes for November 12
Several fixes in this build:

- Score tally on the end of level fixed
- Homing missile now tracks boss turrets
- Fixed wall cannons and made them destructible again
- Removed the ability to stand on top of enemies in the platform levels

Tweaks:

- Boxes now block enemy fire
- Further difficulty tweaks across later levels
- More signposting/help tips

Final Update for November 10
- The first platform level has been tweaked to make it a little easier.
