Major\Minor will be 40% off until Monday, August 1st.
This is to celebrate the release of major quality improvements.
We have also uploaded a new finalized trailer to the store page.
But here is a link to watch it in 1080p @ 60FPS:

Major\Minor - Patch 20 Released
Hello Community!
Another big patch was released for Major\Minor today.
Here are some of the changes you'll encounter:
- The new finalized trailer has been uploaded to the Store Page.
- Chapter One has been 100% re-written and revised.
- This is a fully new re-write, superseding the previous revision.
- Chapter Two has been 100% re-written and revised.
- Spelling and grammar errors in Chapter Two have been fixed.
- Chapter Three has been revised further. Full re-write in the works.
So over the last two weeks -- 30% of the game has been re-written.
This is to fix any tonal inconsistencies and make the game more engaging.
It is now easier and more enjoyable than ever to progress the plot.
My goal was to make the journey to Chapter Four even better.
In my opinion -- that's where the plot comes fully into play.
But now, the earlier Chapters match the quality of the recent Chapters.
This was a large undertaking and I am very proud of it.
Please look forward to the Chapter Three re-writes and revisions.
And after that -- the development and release of Chapter Seven.
Please report any typos in the revisions on the forums! :)

Patch 19 Released
Hello Community!
A patch was just released for Major\Minor.
Here are some of the changes present:
- The Terra portions of Chapter One were entirely re-written/revised.
- This brings Chapter One to be about 80% re-written since launch.
- Chapter Two has been entirely re-written/revised.
- Chapter Three has been approximately 10% re-written/revised.
I've been editing the previous chapters with a new philosophy:
"Say more with less."
You will find that previous chapters are now more succinct and less wordy.
This will allow players to progress the story in a clear and quick fashion.
Chapters Four, Five and Six are seemingly up to par with this standard.
Please look forward to further Chapter Three revisions.
As well as minimal revisions to Chapter Four in the future.
The release of Chapter Seven is tentatively set as August 2016.
This revision project is a large undertaking.
But the overall quality of the product will increase dramatically.
We are still looking at a finished launch later this year, or early next year.
Thanks!

Chapter 6 + Patch 17 Released
Hello Community!
Chapter 6 -- "Life\Death" has just released, and is the largest chapter so far.
It comes in at about 20,000 words and has lots of content.
14 Achievements were added into the game for this new chapter.
It has some of the largest events and revelations in the plot so far.
So please be mindful of spoilers when discussing with others.
There is a designated topic on the forums to discuss the new chapter.
But new features have been implemented as well.
Including an overhaul of the previous 5 chapters.
Details are as follows for Patch 17:
- A distinctive sound effect will play each time a True Ending Flag is attained. This will help people keep track of how many they have if they are paying close attention to the game as they play.
- The alternate portraits of every character have been implemented, and will be highlighted in a CG as they make their entrance into the story and meet the protagonist for the first time.
- Every single choice has been reworded, making it seem more like an active dialogue choice instead of a passive action choice. This will help immersion into the shoes of the protagonist.
- Feedback will appear upon making your choices, and can manifest itself in many possible ways.
- A warning will be given if you are about to make a choice that will change the flow of the story.
- You will be given brief insight into how the characters feel about the way you are treating them. This -- along with the True Ending Flag audio cue will allow players to steer their playthrough in the direction they want without seeking too much external guidance.
Thanks so much for all your support!
I worked extremely hard on this latest chapter.
I hope that you are all able to enjoy it.
And the retroactive overhauls ensure that the game is an even greater experience for those who are playing for the first time! So this dual release is a win/win scenario. :)

Patch 17 Preview
Hey Community!
I've been hard at work on Chapter Six!
But I have been working on lots of other changes as well.
Here is a preview video showing off Patch 17:

Here are some Pre-Patch notes to explain upcoming changes:
These are simply quality of life changes that increase the polish on the game. I've been hard at work on this and on Chapter Six, which will be coming later this June 2016!

Review Glitches Issue
Hello Community,
Recently a glitch occurred on our store page.
For some reason, every review prior to May 19th is listed as "PRE-RELEASE".
If you would not like this pre-release banner alongside your review;
Please delete your review and re-post it in its entirety.
It is not possible to have these banners removed in any other manner.
If this does not bother you, no action is required.

Definitive Upgrade - Action Required
Hello Community!
I've marked the Definitive Edition as playable.
This means several exciting things.
First of all,
You can play it for achievements and the new trading cards.
That's right. The new Community Market items are in full rotation!
Second on the agenda,
I want to start the migration process and make the Definitive Edition hub the new main hub.
If you wish to follow along, here are a few easy steps you can take:
1) Join the game group by clicking FOLLOW on the new store page.
2) Re-post your review to the new store page after enough play time has amassed.
3) Feel free to re-post any artwork. Or take and upload new screenshots.
4) Engage in active discussion on the forums with other Major\Minor fans.
With that in mind, here is a link to the new store page:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/475490/
In closing,
Because this new hub will become the main hub, there will be a purchase option on its store page.
It will be updated with the new chapters in an "early access" state until completed.
At that point, we will switch over to a "full release" on Steam.
However, this comes with another exciting piece of news!
All current owners will find the Definitive Edition in their library right now, for free!
Go achievement hunting again, or farm market items -- and have a blast.
But do not worry, both editions will be updated in sync.
If you don't want to migrate, you can still stay in the loop as you normally would.
No one will be double charged for the same game because of this free upgrade.
If you don't own Major\Minor already, purchasing it will come with the Definitive Edition for free.
However, this edition will be removed from the store after the Definitive Edition fully launches.
So your efforts in migrating and populating the new community hub will be greatly appreciated.
Please post any questions in the new community hubs "discussion" section.
But remember, if you don't want to migrate -- nothing changes.
If you do, new community market items and a new hub await you. :)
The release schedule is unaffected and we are still on track for completion.
