For those of you who were supporting our recent Greenlight campaign -- today it was made final -- we received the Greenlight! This is a very joyous day, and I'm glad to see it happen.
After all of the chapters are released, we will be releasing a "full" edition on Steam. This way the world can be greeted to the entire story, rather than how we launched in December with just Chapter One. It will be priced the same as M\M right now. Just the $10 asking price.
There will be a brand new set of community market items.
More emotes -- trading cards and badges!
Best of all, this is FREE to all current owners of Major\Minor.
And for those who purchase the game before the new version launches.
No additional purchase is required.
The upgrade has already been discussed with Valve.
This transition of ownership will happen before or on launch date.
This re-launch will substantially increase the community numbers.
The new community hub will be the main community hub.
Both the episodic and complete communities will co-exist as one.
Thanks for all the community support!
Everyone is in for an awesome journey!

Major\Minor Patreon Launched
Hello Community,
https://www.patreon.com/klace?ty=h
The Patreon for Major\Minor has now been launched to the public. This new venture allows fans to support the development further while also receiving some goodies in return. Currently, these range from insider development updates to getting your name in the credits. Soon, we will also be including physical goodies on the Patreon, such as Major\Minor branded merch.
This is an extremely optional undertaking, and there are no game content benefits to those who opt-in to pledge on the Patreon. This is part of my pledge to ensure that everybody receives the same content at the same time. I don't believe in charging users further for content.
However, there is also a low entry level tier that allows users to receive the episodes for pledging. This is to capture a second audience that may find the game through Patreon rather than Steam. Rest assured they will be experiencing the same content as Steam users; and at the same time.
This is part of my intiative to make Major\Minor available on as many platforms as possible to as many users as possible. We are also in talks with several other distribution websites. Ideally, the reach of the product increases but with no one group getting preferential treatment.

Thanks for reading, and for checking it out.
Please remember this is optional and does not impact release schedule.
Nor do pledgers receive exclusive content or content first.

Changes to User Reviews
Hey Community!
Exciting little announcement to make. Some of you may have noticed if you checked out our store page, that the featured user reviews have changed. It no longer displays the most helpful reviews of all time at the top of the list.
This is a major change -- but is definitely a positive one.
Allow me to explain further:
There are now two scores for the game.
A score based on reviews from the last 30 days.
As well as an overall score from the day of release.
This will give potential customers a better look at the CURRENT state of the game (as it is episodic), and better reflect what players are currently thinking.
This is definitely beneficial to an episodic title.
Especially one that has changed so much over the span of 5 months.
But even more beneficial, are the reviews displayed at the bottom of the page.
It is no longer showing the most "upvoted" reviews of all time.
Instead, it spotlights the most recent reviews, as well as the most helpful reviews in the last 30 days. It can be extended further to view the most helpful reviews up to the last 180 days, but what is spotlighted now is more indicative of the projects immediate status.
A lot has changed since Chapter One. That much is certain.
Now potential customers will be able to see current buzz.
There were a lot of reviews based solely on Chapter One, even before the re-write.
We believe this new review system will give players a much better picture of how the game has changed, and will continue to change up until that final chapter drops.
But it is not entirely dropping all of the reviews made based on that portion of the game -- or my actions around the launch window. They are still there for those who wish to dig a little deeper and see the status of things as they were back in December.
Doing so, displays the growth of the title, myself as a developer, and the community.
It's a much better feature. Showing a timeline of the games lifespan.
And how a product and its community can evolve over time.
