Version 1.1.0.17370 Patch Notes
Bug Fixes
Fixed bug where pressing the "Steam" button on the Steam Deck caused the gyroscope position to be reset, resulting in inability to take screenshots while using the gyroscope photo mode.
Fixed bug that caused certain Restore points to be hidden. The restore points were being saved properly, but were not shown in cases where the number of seconds in the time played was zero (not the TOTAL seconds played, but the seconds of the timestamp). Since the default autosave period was set to 3 minutes, these auto-save entries would always end in zero eg 3:00, 6:00, 9:00 and were being incorrectly hidden.
Removed the "Capture" button on Steam Deck since it isn't applicable on this device. It saved the file to the C drive which is not accessible to the user.
Manifold Garden is now 50% off!
Manifold Garden is currently 50% off as part of the Steam Midweek Madness Sale!
Now is your chance to rediscover gravity and explore an Escher-esque world of impossible architecture
Our latest update also adds the ability to use the Steam Deck's gyroscope in Photo Mode: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/473950/view/3231916506125359017
Gyroscope Photo Mode!
We're thrilled to announce that we've released a new feature specifically for the Steam Deck version of Manifold Garden.
As some of you might recall, Manifold Garden was one of the first titles to be verified for the Steam Deck. We tested the game on the device back in January of this year, and it worked flawlessly without any additional development.
Manifold Garden runs beautifully on the Steam Deck. The resolution is great, the edge detection is clean, and the performance is top-notch. It's a great way to play the game.
As fans of the device, we wanted to take advantage of some of the new features that the Deck offers. In the latest update (Version 17357), you can use the Steam Deck's gyroscope to look around in Photo Mode. It's a really neat way to experience the visuals of the game. It feels like you're holding a camera and looking at the world of Manifold Garden through its lens.
Let us know what you think and don't forget to share your screenshots in the Community Hub! We love seeing your creations.
